Abstract: System and methods for token based identity verification and consent management are provided. In one embodiment, a method for identity (ID) verification and consent management for on-behalf-of transactions comprises: receiving an authorization request for a principal user from a first user equipment (UE); generating a consent token for the principal user based on authentication information in the authorization request; adding the consent token to an authenticated user queue, wherein the authenticated user queue associates the consent token to the principal user; receiving a message from a second UE indicating a selection of the principal user; and initiate sending of the consent token from the authenticated user queue to the first UE in response to the selection. In some embodiments, the consent token indicates a permission level granted to the agent user for accessing a data profile associated with the principal user.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for automating software selection are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes the actions of receiving, by a computing device, user interaction data that reflects an interaction between a first user and a second user. The actions further include receiving, by the computing device, user summary data that reflects characteristics of the first user. The actions further include, based on the user interaction data and the user summary data, determining, by the computing device, an application that is relevant to the interaction between the first user and the second user. The actions further include, based on determining the application that is relevant to the interaction between the first user and the second user, providing, for output to the second user, an interface of the application.

Abstract: A micro-application framework includes instantiating, on a client computer, a user interface configured with a hosting application operable to execute one or more micro-applications. During runtime of the user interface, a request for a CRM function is received. A request is sent for a micro-application that corresponds to the requested CRM function. The user interface receives from a server hosting the micro-application a data package that includes the micro-application corresponding to the requested CRM function. The executable code in the data package is executed in the hosting application via the execution environment. One or more interactive areas are rendered that are configured to display information pertaining to the requested CRM function.
