  • Patent number: 12066206
Abstract: There are disclosed systems and methods for managing object configurations within a structure. For one embodiment, a fixed object profile including dimensions and locations of ventilation of a building space and a non-fixed object profile including dimensions and a location of a non-fixed object are identified. One or more contaminant risk locations of the building space are determined in response to determining the air flow within the building space associated with an HVAC unit. The air flow is determined based on incoming air flow streams to the building space and outgoing air flow streams away from the building space. One or more object positions are provided at an output device based on the contaminant risk location(s). For another embodiment, the contaminant risk location(s) are selected from possible people locations. A person position is displayed at an output device, in proximity to the building space, based on the contaminant risk location(s).

  • Publication number: 20230359946
Abstract: There is disclosed a system, method, and medium for management of facility space. Occupancy data is received in which the occupancy data includes space allocation data by facility space categories. An average utilization over a first period of time for each facility space category is determined. At least one of an under utilization or an over utilization of the facility space over the first period of time is identified. A corrective action to shift space utilization of the facility space during a second period of time is generated.

  • Publication number: 20230316179
Abstract: A flexible workspace system with real-time sensor feedback comprises workstations, a monitoring device, and an upstream device. The workstations are established within a predetermined area, and the monitoring device is positioned at each workstation. Each monitoring device includes a presence sensor and an indicator for the corresponding workstation. The monitoring device determines presence data, and the presence sensor of each monitoring device identifies a presence status of the corresponding workstation. The upstream device, located upstream from the monitoring devices, tracks a cleaning record associated with maintenance of the workstations based on the presence data and an occupancy record associated with occupancy of the workstations. The indicator of each monitoring device indicates a workstation status based on the occupancy record and the cleaning record associated with the corresponding workstation.

Abstract: A flexible workspace system with real-time sensor feedback comprises workstations, presence sensors, environmental sensors, an upstream device, and a mobile device. The workstations are located within a predetermined area. A presence sensor is positioned at each workstation, in which the presence sensor detects a potential occupancy proximate the corresponding workstation. An environmental sensor is positioned at each workstation, in which the environmental sensor detects a workspace environment proximate the corresponding workstation. The upstream device communicates with the presence sensors and the environmental sensors. The upstream device associates a target workstation with a mobile device located within the predetermined area based on the potential occupancy and the workspace environment. • Publication number: 20230319502
Abstract: A flexible workspace system with real-time sensor feedback comprises workstations, presence sensors, workstation transmitters, a mobile device, and an upstream device. The workstations are established within a predetermined area, and each workstation includes a substantially horizontal surface having an upper side and a lower side. A presence sensor is positioned at the lower side of each workstation and detects a potential occupancy proximate an underside area below the lower side. A workstation transmitter is positioned at each workstation and coupled to the presence sensor and transmits an occupancy signal based on the potential occupancy detected by the presence sensor. The mobile device is situated within the predetermined area and detects the occupancy signal transmitted by the workstation transmitter and transmits a check-in signal based on the occupancy signal.
