A receptacle for an electronic module is formed as a slot having a slot opening bounded by bounding walls. At least one depth stop for the electronic module is formed on at least one of the bounding walls and delimits an installation depth for the electronic module in the direction of a slot axis. A household cooling appliance system is also provided.
