    Abstract: A multi-target nucleic acid detection kit for human papillomavirus (HPV) typing includes a recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) primer set, an enzyme and a buffer system for Cas12a-crRNA, and a reporter molecule that displays a signal. In the detection method, a multi-channel microfluidic chip is used as a carrier, and RPA primers are designed for corresponding regions of different HPV subtypes to allow isothermal amplification. A crRNA set is designed for amplicons of different subtypes. The crRNA recognizes an HPV target in a sample, and then activates the CRISPR-Cas12a and cuts a reporter group to release a signal, thereby achieving accurate detection on HPV subtypes. The detection method shows a high sensitivity, a low cost, and easy operations, and is expected to be widely used in the screening of HPV infection.

    Abstract: A positioning and information transmission method of a hydrological monitoring device in a single-free area combines a wireless communication technology with a hydrodynamics-based hydrological monitoring device, which can solve the problem of hydrological monitoring information transmission in a signal-free area such as a hydraulic tunnel. First, magnetic beacons each composed of an LoRa (long distance radio) terminal device and an ultra-wideband technology are arranged at the top of the interior of a signal-free tunnel at an interval of 500 m. When a hydrological monitoring device in use enters a coverage area of the magnetic beacon, the LoRa terminal device in the magnetic beacon will automatically start an internal communication protocol and receive data acquired by the device by monitoring, the data is transmitted based on a mutual LoRa communication protocol between the magnetic beacons, and finally, the data is transmitted to a ground central control system for storage.

    Abstract: An optical structure is provided including a turning unit and a binocular unit which are sequentially arranged along an optical path direction. The turning unit includes a right-angle roof prism. The binocular unit includes a prism/lens group, a first right-angle prism, a second right-angle prism, and an ocular. The prism/lens group includes a small objective lens, or the first right-angle prism and the second right-angle prism are replaced by a rhombic prism. The optical structure is designed as “inverting-inverting”, and the right-angle roof prism shortens an optical length of an internal optical path of the turning unit by about half, which is more conducive to the reduction of the light vignetting of an optical path of observation. Two internal reflections prevent a mirroring phenomenon, and turn an image by 180 degrees, so that an inverting prism can be omitted from the binocular unit.
