    Abstract: This application relates to the field of liquid cooling technologies, and provides a gas collection apparatus, configured to collect bubbles generated due to loss of a working medium in a liquid cooling apparatus. The gas collection apparatus includes a cooling plate. The cooling plate includes at least one gas collection structure disposed inside the cooling plate, a first flow channel disposed inside the cooling plate, a second flow channel disposed inside the gas collection structure, and at least one connecting channel configured to connect the first flow channel and the second flow channel. The at least one connecting channel is configured to transfer, to the second flow channel, bubbles carried when the working medium flows in the first flow channel. The at least one gas collection structure is configured to collect the bubbles from the second flow channel.

    Abstract: Techniques are described for wireless communication. In one method, a user equipment (UE) receives a timing synchronization signal (TSS) and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH), with the TSS based at least in part on a timing of the TSS within a broadcast channel transmission time interval (BCH TTI); determines the timing of the TSS within the BCH TTI; and demodulates the PBCH based at least in part on the TSS. In another method, a base station allocates resources for a TSS and a PBCH within a BCH TTI; determines the TSS based at least in part on a timing of the TSS within the BCH TTI; and transmits, on the resources allocated for the TSS and the PBCH, the TSS and the PBCH, with the TSS transmitted as a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for the PBCH on at least one port used to transmit the TSS and the PBCH.

    Abstract: A memory, a controlling method thereof, a memory system and an electronic device are disclosed. The memory can include a semiconductor layer and a memory array disposed on the semiconductor layer. The memory array can include a plurality of memory strings connected with the same bit line. Each memory string can include a memory cell and a select cell connected on at least one side of the memory cell. The select cell can include a first kind of transistors with a first threshold voltage and a second kind of transistors with a second threshold voltage. The first kind of transistors can be connected with the second kind of transistors. The first threshold voltage can be different from the second threshold voltage. Different memory strings can be controlled to be on or off to realize selective controlling functions for a plurality of memory strings connected with the same bit line.

The anode layer is configured to extend from the active region to be arranged on a portion of the field oxide layer. The side wall and the top wall of the anode layer are connected to each other through a curved connection surface. By setting the upper corner of the side wall of the anode layer to be curved, the transition between the side wall and the top wall of the anode layer is smooth, preventing a sharp change in the inclination angle and preventing the stress concentration of the passivation layer at the corner of the side wall.
