    Abstract: Disclosed is a verification method for high-speed diesel engine experimental data based on a quasi-dimensional combustion model, including the steps of: S1, establishing a full-engine model; S2, selecting an in-cylinder combustion model and adjusting combustion parameters; S3, comparing simulation data from the model with existing experimental data to determine model accuracy; and establishing the in-cylinder combustion model using a direct injection Wiebe (DIWiebe) function if unsatisfactory, and adjusting combustion parameters using simulation data generated by this DIWiebe model; S4, comparing the simulation data from the adjusted model with the existing experimental data to determine model accuracy; entering S5 if the accuracy meets requirements; and establishing the in-cylinder combustion model using thermodynamic process analysis (TPA) if still unsatisfactory, and adjusting combustion parameters; and S5, verifying the experimental data using the calibrated model.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for reducing moisture content and impurity content of nickel cobalt hydroxide, the system comprises a thickener, a cleaning equipment, a pressure filtration equipment, and a transit silo; the cleaning equipment comprises a shell, a mixing device, and a steam pipe. The shell is equipped with a cleaning tank, and also features a material inlet, a steam inlet, and a material outlet. The steam pipe is wrapped around the periphery of the transit silo, with its outlet connected to the steam inlet. The steam pipe serves to transfer steam that has exchanged heat with the materials inside the transit silo into the cleaning tank. Through the processes in the thickener, the cleaning equipment, and the pressure filtration equipment, as well as heat exchange with steam inside the transit silo, moisture content and impurity content of the material are further reduced, facilitating subsequent processing.

    Abstract: A method for extracting nickel-cobalt-manganese from laterite nickel ore by acid leaching includes the following steps: firstly, subjecting the laterite nickel ore to crushing and a physical separation treatment to separate out chromite and first tailings; then, subjecting the first tailings to a staged concentration treatment to obtain a first ore pulp; then, subjecting the first ore pulp to an atmospheric pressure acid leaching treatment to obtain a second ore pulp; then, subjecting the second ore pulp to microwave treatment; and finally, subjecting the second ore pulp to a solid-liquid separation treatment to obtain a tailing residue and a leaching solution containing nickel-cobalt-manganese. The method cannot only effectively reduce the entry of chromium metal into the leaching solution through physical sorting, but also promote the leaching of nickel-cobalt-manganese through pulp adjustment and microwave treatment.
