  • Publication number: 20180110463
Abstract: A signal acquisition device (100) of sleep breathing state based on bio-impedance and a monitoring system are provided. The signal acquisition device (100) includes a signal acquisition unit (101), a processing control unit (102), a data storage unit (103) and a wireless communication unit (104). The signal acquisition unit (101) includes electrodes (1011, 1012), a chest impedance acquisition module (1013) connected with the electrodes (1011, 1012), a heart rate acquisition module (1014) connected with the electrodes, and a snore acquisition module (1015). The signal acquisition unit (101) can collect signal data through three channels synchronously, chest impedances and heart rate signals are acquired by using bio-impedance technology, and snore audio signals are combined to monitor sleep breathing state. Furthermore, wireless signal transmission is used to prevent directly connecting with the patient via wires, the device is simple and cheap, convenient to wear, and applicable to domestic utilization.

  • Publication number: 20160331266
Abstract: A measurement probe includes a substrate and six electrodes embedded in the substrate, including a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode, a fourth electrode, a fifth electrode and a sixth electrode, the first electrode is arranged opposite to the fourth electrode, and/or the second electrode is arranged opposite to the fifth electrode, and/or and the third electrode is arrange opposite to the sixth electrode. Excitations are applied between any opposite electrodes, the electrodes are circumferentially distributed on the substrate, and at least two pairs of electrodes are in axial symmetry. The probe can carry out stable signal collection and has simple structure. The measurement system and the measurement method can reduce the influence of the contact impedance between the probe and the measured tissues and also improve the accuracy of judging whether the probe is located at the juncture of human body tissues or animal body tissues.

  • Patent number: 7905093
Abstract: A method for operating a gas turbine engine including a compressor and a combustor is provided. The method comprises channeling between about 0% to about 8% of the total airflow discharged from a compressor towards a pilot swirler coupled within the burner, wherein the burner includes a main swirler and an annular centerbody extending between the pilot and main swirlers, injecting a portion of the total fuel flow supplied to the burner through a plurality of apertures defined in a hollow pilot centerbody coupled within the pilot swirler, channeling the remaining airflow discharged from the compressor towards the main swirler, and injecting the remaining fuel flow supplied to the burner through at least one main swirler vane coupled within the main swirler, such that the portion of fuel is pre-mixed with a portion of the total airflow.
