Abstract: The present disclosure provide latch performance detecting method and a device. The method includes: extracting circuit structure information of a latch, having a transmission gate and a latch unit, an output terminal of the transmission gate is coupled to the input terminal of the latch unit, and the input terminal is coupled to the output terminal of the drive unit corresponding to the latch; the resistance value of the equivalent resistor of the latch is determined based on the circuit structure information, The first terminal of the equivalent resistor is the output terminal of the driving unit, and the second terminal is the input terminal of the latching unit; based on the resistance value of the equivalent resistor, the latching performance is determined. The embodiments of the present disclosure can accurately detect whether the latch is in a metastable state, which helps to improve the performance of the circuit.

Abstract: The present application relates to genetic engineering field, in particular to a CD4-Linker-DC-SIGN (CLD) protein mutant and application thereof. The CLD protein mutant is shown in SEQ ID NO. 4. The applicant mutates cysteine at position 60 of CD4 in the first generation CLD recombinant proteins into serine, and the obtained CLD protein mutant increases its ability to inhibit tested HIV-1 strains by 2-3 orders of magnitude. The neutralizing activity of the obtained CLD protein mutant against viruses is improved significantly, and such difference is more obvious in tested HIV-1T/F (transmitter/founder) viruses. The CLD protein mutant has greatly improved binding efficiency to HIV-1 virus. Furthermore, a complex formed by the CLD protein mutant or the recombinant CLD protein and an envelope protein can serve as an immunogen to highly induce antibodies targeting V1/V2 regions of the envelope protein, and shows wide application prospects.

The gas generant composition includes components having the following contents, in percent by mass: 40% to 60% of guanidine nitrate, 25% to 50% of basic copper nitrate, 0% to 7% of ammonium perchlorate, 1% to 10% of a slag-forming agent, and 0.05% to 5% of a release agent/lubricant, the slag-forming agent is used as a form-retaining agent, so that the tablets can retain their form before combustion very well after combustion, thereby completely avoiding burning of an inflatable bag due to melting and splashing of the combusted tablets. Moreover, ammonium perchlorate is used as auxiliary oxidizers, thereby reducing the amount of basic cupric nitrate used and reducing molten copper residues. The gas generant composition is mainly used in a gas generator for vehicle airbag.

The method includes: generating, by a network device, a first packet, where the first packet includes a field used to indicate a first protocol, the first packet further includes a field carrying data of the first protocol, and a protocol followed by the first packet is different from the first protocol; and sending, by the network device, the first packet to a peer network device. Because the protocol followed by the first packet is different from the first protocol, regardless of which protocol the first protocol is specifically, the data of the first protocol may be exchanged by using the first packet. In other words, this application provides a general protocol, to transmit the data of the first protocol. This improves packet sending flexibility.
