The mutant can form a trimeric structure without introducing a heterologous trimerization domain. Meanwhile, through mutation designs such as releasing internal electrostatic repulsion, deleting the furin cleavage site, truncating the C-terminal domain, and introducing interchain disulfide bonds, the protein is stabilized in the pre-fusion conformation and exhibits enhanced stability.
