    Abstract: An active noise cancellation (ANC) system is provided with at least one loudspeaker to project anti-noise sound within a passenger cabin of a vehicle in response to receiving an anti-noise signal and at least one microphone to provide an error signal indicative of noise and the anti-noise sound within the passenger cabin. An adaptive filter controller is programmed to filter the error signal to obtain a noise reduction ratio, and to adjust a step size and/or leakage parameter based on a comparison of the noise reduction ratio to a noise threshold. A controllable filter generates the anti-noise signal based on the adjusted step size and/or leakage parameter.

In one or more embodiments, a method for road noise cancellation comprises using a head-tracking device to monitor an occupant ear position, capturing airborne noise using a feedforward microphone and a headrest microphone of a zone in which the occupant ear is positioned, updating acoustic path information according to the occupant ear position(s) and speaker position(s) within the zone, generating a noise cancellation signal using sampling rate greater than 2 kHz, and outputting the noise cancellation signal via a headrest speaker located near the zone in which the occupant ear is positioned to at least partially reduce a road noise sound level in the zone.

An original point of the axis of the robot arm is determined based on the detected change. Further, robot systems, apparatuses, systems, and computer readable media for managing a robot arm in the robot systems are disclosed. The original point of the axis of the robot arm may be determined without a dedicated calibrating tool, and then the robot arm may be calibrated based on the original point accurately.
