Abstract: Light emitting assemblies comprise a plurality of Light Emitting Diode (LED) dies arranged and attached to common substrate to form an LED array having a desired optimum packing density. The LED dies are wired to one another and are attached to landing pads on the substrate for receiving power from an external electrical source via an interconnect device. The assembly comprises a lens structure, wherein each LED die comprises an optical lens disposed thereover that is configured to promote optimal light transmission. Each optical lens has a diameter that is between about 1.5 to 3 times the size of a respective LED die, and is shaped in the form of a hemisphere. Fillet segments are integral with and interposed between the adjacent optical lenses, and provide sufficient space between adjacent optical lenses so that the diameters of adjacent optical lenses do not intersect with one another.

Abstract: A micro-LED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The method comprises: forming micro-LEDs (202) on a carrier substrate (201), wherein the carrier substrate (201) is transparent for a laser which is used in laser lifting-off; filling trenches between the micro-LEDs (202) on the carrier substrate (201) with a holding material (209); performing a laser lifting-off on selected ones of the micro-LEDs (202) to lift off them from the carrier substrate (201), wherein the selected micro-LEDs (202) are held on the carrier substrate (201) through the holding material (209); bonding the selected micro-LEDs (202) onto a receiving substrate (207) of the micro-LED display device; separating the selected micro-LEDs (202) from the carrier substrate (201) to transfer them to the receiving substrate (207).

Abstract: A micro-LED transfer method, manufacturing method and display device are provided. Abstract: It discloses a lignin enhanced wood-plastic composite, belonging to the field of polymer based composites. The wood-plastic composite is composed of one or more of plant fiber, lignin, a recycled thermoplastic plastic, mineral powder and a processing aid, and is processed by a screw granulating extrusion process. Compared with the prior art, the mechanical properties, heat stability and aging resistance of a wood-plastic material are improved by adding lignin into the wood-plastic material according to the present invention.
