Abstract: The present invention provides a polysilicon thin-film transistor array substrate and a method for preparing the same, and a display device, wherein the method comprises a step of forming a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode of the polysilicon thin-film transistor, and a first electrode and a second electrode of a storage capacitor, and a gate line and a data line, wherein, the semiconductor layer and the first electrode of the storage capacitor are formed via a one-time patterning process, and the gate electrode, the gate line and the second electrode of the storage capacitor are formed via a one-time patterning process. By the solution of the invention, the number of mask plates used can be lowered, so that the process can be simplified, and the production cost can be lowered.

Abstract: The present invention provides a flexible display substrate, comprising a flexible base; an ultraviolet reflecting layer disposed on the flexible base and capable of reflecting ultraviolet light and transmitting visible light, comprising a stacked structure consisting of alternate first transparent material layers and second transparent material layers, wherein the numbers of the two kinds of transparent material layers are equal, and are at least two respectively, and the two kinds of transparent material layers also satisfy: 4nd=?, wherein d is the thickness of any one of the transparent material layers, n is a refractive index of the transparent material layer and ? is the wavelength of ultraviolet light; and a display structure disposed above the ultraviolet reflecting layer. The present invention is applicable to flexible display substrates, particularly flexible array substrates comprising low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin film transistors.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of display technology, provides a liquid crystal display device and its manufacturing method. The liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal layer, a color film layer and a polarizer arranged at one side of the liquid crystal layer, and a reflective layer arranged at the other side of the liquid crystal layer. The color film layer includes a plurality of pixels consisting of red, green and blue subpixels. The liquid crystal display device further includes a compensating module which includes a compensating unit corresponding to the plurality of subpixels, the compensating unit is configured to adjust phase difference offset of light rays of the corresponding subpixels when the light rays pass through the compensating unit, so that a phase difference between the light rays passing through the corresponding subpixels in a normally-black mode and/or a normally-white mode is within a predetermined range.

The surface of a heating element of the print head is matched with the window and faces an outside paper pressing roller. The elastic element biases towards the print head so as to make the surface of the heating element of the print head have a tendency to extend outside the window. The print head assembly is capable of being detached as a whole, thus the requirements of performing single-sided printing and duplex printing in the same printer is achieved.
