    Abstract: This application provides a rotation shaft structure and an electronic device. The rotation shaft structure includes a main shaft assembly, and two folding assemblies. The folding assembly includes a rotation assembly, a support plate, and a housing mounting bracket. The rotation assembly is rotationally connected to the main shaft assembly. The support plate is rotationally connected to the housing mounting bracket and slidably connected to the rotation assembly. When two housing mounting brackets rotate toward each other, two support plates rotate in a same direction relative to the housing mounting brackets on corresponding sides, so that the two support plates and the main shaft assembly can form a triangle-like display accommodation space. When the electronic device is in a closed state, the display accommodation space can be used for accommodating a bent portion of the flexible display, so that the flexible display is not damaged by extrusion.

The light-emitting body provides the light sources of different light intensities in response to control of the controller. The metasurface is configured to perform phase adjustment on the electromagnetic wave signal that is incident to the metasurface. Equivalent impedance of the metasurface varies with a change of the light intensity, so that an offset of a phase of the electromagnetic wave signal emitted through the metasurface also varies with the change of the light intensity.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing collisions of transmission data for a first subscriber (e.g., a voice subscriber) with transmission data for a second subscriber (e.g., a data subscriber) at a dual sim dual active (DSDA) user equipment (UE) are described herein. A DSDA UE may be configured to implement a modified skipUplinkTxDynamic feature that avoids collisions by buffering transmission data of the data subscriber and sending a (later) scheduling request (SR) for a grant for that data. A DSDA UE may regulate data subscriber transmissions to avoid a transmission duration for the voice subscriber. A DSDA UE may reduce certain transmissions for a voice subscriber (subject to a block error rate (BLER) threshold for the voice subscriber) to lower the probability of collision. A DSDA UE may operate a data subscriber and a voice subscriber in the same cell to avoid collisions due to RF tuning and/or relative slot overlap.
