    Abstract: A system and method updates a clock tree based on skew values of the circuit design. The clock tree is updated by obtaining a circuit design that includes circuit elements and a clock tree. The clock tree includes clock sources and clock sinks. Data path slack values for the clock tree are determined based on the clock sources and the clock sinks. Further, clock arrival values for the clock tree are determined based on the clock sources and the clock sinks. A first total local skew value of the circuit design is determined based on the data path slack values, and the clock arrival values, and updating the clock tree based on the first total local skew value.

    Abstract: An optical waveguide includes an input diffractive optical element arranged for being aligned with an optical projector for diffracting the light beam therefrom, a waveguide substrate arranged for reflecting the light beam diffracted by the input diffractive optical element by means of total internal reflection, and an output diffractive optical element coupled at said waveguide substrate for partially diffracting the light beam as a diffracted light and partially transmitting the light beam as a transmitted light during the total internal reflection of the light beam within the waveguide substrate. The diffracted light is diffracted by the output diffractive optical element and is projected out of the waveguide substrate toward the user eye. The transmitted light is continuously transmitted and reflected within the waveguide substrate by the total internal reflection until the transmitted light is totally diffracted out of the waveguide substrate, so as to complete an exit pupil expansion.

When the slice packets received include the SOP flag but do not include the EOP flag of a data packet, the data packet slices are restored in the slice packets and the FlexE data stream is sent when the latency reaches a second preset duration. The first preset duration is less than the second preset duration.

The model combined temporal and spatial learning to achieve better crop yield estimation accuracy and stability at large spatial scales.

The method comprises: acquiring a multi-year vegetation index time sequence curve in a localized geographic region; performing smooth fitting on the vegetation index time sequence curve by using a dual logistic function fitting means; establishing shape models by using reference curves and reference points of agrometeorological stations; performing shape model fitting by means of transformation; and obtaining a phenological period extraction value of the localized geographic region by means of calculation using the optimal scaling parameter. According to the present invention, macroscopic features of the curve are used, such that the influence of localized fluctuation and noise of the curve can be reduced, and a better extraction precision is obtained; and each phenological period of a crop can be extracted at the same time.
