    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a desk-mounted lifting platform comprising a workbench, an upper support and a low support. The workbench is connected to the upper support. A first lifting arm and a second lifting arm are arranged between the upper support and the lower support. The first lifting arm and the second lifting arm are X-shaped and hinged at an intersection thereof. An upper end of the first lifting arm is hinged with the upper support. A lower end of the first lifting arm is slidably fitted on the lower support. A lower end of the second lifting arm is hinged with the lower support. An upper end of the second lifting arm is slidably fitted on the upper support. A gas spring is arranged between the upper support and the lower support. The gas spring is used for providing a lifting force to lift the upper support.

The image coding method includes: implementing matching coding for pixels of an input video image to obtain one or more matching relationship parameters, herein the matching relationship parameters are parameters used in a process of constructing predicted values and/or reconstructed values of the pixels in the image; mapping the matching relationship parameters to obtain mapped values of the matching relationship parameters; and performing entropy coding on the mapped values of the matching relationship parameters. The present document addresses the problem existing in the conventional art which is caused by the direct implementation of entropy coding for matching relationship parameters and achieves a good data compression effect through entropy coding.

In the present invention, the imaging technique and clinical data are fully utilized, to establish a biomimetic nerve graft model conforming to the characteristics of fascicles microstructure for varying types of detects, thus providing more accurate model information for repair of nerve trunk defects in the extremities.
