    Abstract: A relay includes a static contact assembly, a movable contact plate, a static magnet yoke, a movable magnet yoke and a pushing rod assembly. The static magnet yoke and the movable magnet yoke are arranged oppositely. The movable contact plate is mounted at a position on the movable magnet yoke opposite to the static contact assembly. An isolation space is provided between the movable contact plate and the movable magnet yoke. The static contact assembly and the static magnet yoke are arranged on a side of the movable contact plate away from the pushing rod assembly. The pushing rod assembly is configured to push the movable magnet yoke to move toward the static magnet yoke to cause the movable contact plate to be in contact with the static contact assembly.

Based on the input information, the terminal device determines a frame interpolation policy based on the input information. The terminal device then performs, based on the information about the plurality of image frames, splicing and combination by using the frame interpolation policy to obtain one or more to-be-interpolated frames located between the plurality of image frames.

    Abstract: Training large neural networks on big datasets requires significant computational resources and time. Transfer learning reduces training time by pre-training a base model on one dataset and transferring the knowledge to a new model for another dataset; while current choices of transfer learning algorithms are limited, biological neural networks (BNNs) are adept at rearranging themselves to tackle completely different problems using transfer learning. Taking advantage of BNNs, an artificial neural network (ANN) with dynamic transfer learning capability is transferable to any other network architecture and can accommodate many datasets. The ANN includes artificial neurons and artificial glial cells distributed within an N-dimensional space; connections are formed between pairs of artificial neurons that meet certain criteria. In an optogenetics implementation, machine learning models such as the disclosed ANN are implemented on real BNNs to decrease power consumption.
