Abstract: A multi-source domain adaptive electroencephalogram (EEG) emotional state classification method based on knowledge distillation are provided. First, data is obtained for band-pass filtering, and artifacts are removed by an independent component analysis technology. Second, EEG features are extracted by using a differential entropy method, and a three-dimensional EEG time series is converted into a two-dimensional sample matrix. Then, a training set and a test set are defined in two task scenarios, respectively. A pseudo-label triple loss based on marginal sampling is combined with a maximum mean discrepancy. Knowledge is learned from different source domains, so that a plurality of single-source models are utilized to the greatest extent, and a more powerful model is implemented with less time consumption. Finally, the classification accuracy is used to evaluate the performance of the model in the two task scenarios.

Abstract: In an example data processing method, a data processing task is received, which includes a to-be-processed non-polynomial function and to-be-processed data corresponding to an independent variable of the non-polynomial function. A first linear transformation is performed on the to-be-processed data, so that an independent variable value corresponding to data obtained after the first linear transformation falls within a fitting domain of definition. The fitting domain of definition is an interval selected from a domain of definition of the independent variable of the non-polynomial function. A fitting polynomial function value is obtained based on the data obtained after the first linear transformation. The fitting polynomial is obtained by performing Chebyshev series fitting on the non-polynomial function in the fitting domain of definition.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for data processing includes obtaining, by each secure multi-party computation (MPC) computation party of a system including a data provider and n secure MPC computation parties, a data message sent by the data provider, where n is an integer greater than 3. As an obtained data message, a first data component is obtained based on the data message. Each MPC computation party, by using the first data component, performs arithmetic sharing processing to obtain a second data component, so as to perform MPC processing, where n data messages received by the n MPC computation parties include: a data message sent after the data provider splits private data into m data components and m data messages each are used to carry one data component, where m is greater than 1 and is less than or equal to n, and m is a positive integer.

Abstract: Data processing methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media are applied to a system including a data provider and N secure multi-party computation (MPC) computation parties. N is an integer greater than 3. In an example method, each MPC computation party obtains a first data component from a data message sent by the data provider. The first data component is a part of a plurality of data components obtained after the data provider splits private data, and the first data component is a logical component. Then, the first data component is converted from the logical component to an arithmetic component, to obtain a second data component, so as to perform MPC processing.

Abstract: Techniques for layout-aware multi-modal networks for document understanding are provided. In one technique, word data representations that were generated based on words that were extracted from an image of a document are identified. Based on the image, table features of one or more tables in the document are determined. One or more table data representations that were generated based on the table features are identified. The word data representations and the one or more table data representations are input into a machine-learned model to generate a document data representation for the document. A task is performed based on the document data representation. In a related technique, instead of the one or more table data representations, one or more layout data representations that were generated based on a set of layout features, of the document, that was determined based on the image are identified and input into the machine-learned model.

Abstract: Pseudomonas and a use thereof are provided. The preservation number of the Pseudomonas is CGMCC No. 22583. The growth temperature of the Pseudomonas is 37-45° C. Under a medium-high temperature oil reservoir condition, the Pseudomonas can be denatured from a non-viscosity fluid to a multifunctional oil-extraction bacterial solution having both surface activity and viscoelasticity, and also has the functions of expanding the swept volume and improving the oil washing efficiency. The recovery ratio is increased by more than 20% in a physical simulation experiment.

A method can include a system generating a first training data comprising extensible markup language (XML) content, the first training data comprising a first plurality of training instances, each training instance including a respective image comprising XML content and annotation information for the respective image. The system can train a plurality of machine learning models using the first training data to generate a plurality of trained machine learning models, to perform image-based XML content extraction.
