    Abstract: A method and system for implementing a smart card remote operation based on a smart card web server is provided. As a mobile phone is prompted to activate update by a short message transmitted thereto, the problem of addressing the mobile phone is effectively solved. A remote network is accessed by using a TCP/IP protocol stack to conveniently and reliably update bulk data. The mobile phone is used as a gateway to connect a smart card and a remote management server, thereby realizing security identity authentication, data integrality verification, implementation of data encryption and customizable access policies, and increasing demand of an operator for enhancing value-added services of the smart card.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a dual-polarized antenna radiating element. The dual-polarized antenna radiating element includes four radiators and a connecting part, where the four radiators are arranged in a cross shape, with each two of them oppositely disposed, the four radiators form a radiating plane, one end of each of the radiators is connected to the connecting part, and the other end extends in a direction away from the connecting part. Each of the radiators includes a first radiating arm and a second radiating arm, where the first radiating arm and the second radiating arm are asymmetric. In the embodiments of the present invention, a new resonant frequency band is added by using asymmetric radiating arms, thereby broadening the width of a resonant frequency band, so that the antenna radiating element can adapt to a broader resonant frequency band.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparation of polyolefin/inorganic component nanocomposite by in-situ polymerization, in which, a clay is first organically modified and then silica or titanium dioxide nanometer particles are incorporated into the layers of crystal sheets of the clay by sol-gel method. And a metallocene catalyst is then loaded on the above-mentioned material and a finished catalyst is obtained. The said catalyst is used for in-situ polymerization of ethylene or propylene, and polyolefin/clay nanocomposite is finally obtained. The process for preparation of the catalyst according to the present invention is simple, and the mechanical properties of the nanocomposite are high. For example, the Young's modulus and the tensile strength thereof are in the ranges of 700-2600 Mpa, and 20-55 MPa respectively.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a speed control device for a ceiling fan which comprises a MOSFET, a signal generator and an overload protector. The MOSFET is connected to the ceiling fan and power source via a bridge rectifier for controlling power supplied to said ceiling fan. The signal generator provides a control signal to the MOSFET, wherein the control signal is a cyclic signal whose voltage level is progressively increased and then decreased when it reaches a predetermined level whereby the MOSFET is cyclically and progressively turned on and turned off. The overload protector is connected between the drain and gate of said MOSFET for detecting an abnormally large current flow through said MOSFET to cut off said MOSFET thereby preventing the ceiling fan from possible damage.
