Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a crib, which includes a body, a bed frame and a support base. The body has an accommodation space configured to accommodate a child and includes a slide rod. The bed frame is configured to support the body. The support base is fixed to the bed frame and the slide rod extends through the support base and is slidable relative to the support base. The crib is configured for a child to sleep or play, can function as a cradle which facilitates calming the child, has a simple structure and is easy to operate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a gallium nitride (GaN) single-crystal substrate with an edge metal mask technology. The method includes: preparing a metal mask ring on a composite epitaxial substrate, epitaxially growing a GaN single-crystal sacrificial layer in a confined manner, performing separation with interlayer decoupling of single-crystal graphene through an in-situ temperature gradient method to obtain a self-supporting GaN single-crystal sacrificial layer, epitaxially growing a GaN single-crystal thick film in a diameter expanded manner, and performing chemico-mechanical trimming on the GaN single-crystal thick film to obtain a stress-free self-supporting GaN single-crystal substrate. The metal mask ring is compatible with the GaN single-crystal preparation process (hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE)), and efficiently catalyzes decomposition reaction of the nitrogen source.

The magnetic unit is stacked with and electrically connected to the at least one power unit. The magnetic unit comprises a plurality of pins and a magnetic core. The at least part of the plurality of pins extends out of a projection of the magnetic core in a connection plane of the at least one power unit and the magnetic unit to connect to the at least one power unit.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein relate to methods and devices for graphics processing including an apparatus, e.g., GPU. The apparatus may obtain an indication of a set of primitives for a draw call operation. The apparatus may also identify a subset of primitives in the set of primitives, each of the subset of primitives including a primitive portion that is outside of a viewing frustum for the draw call operation, and the primitive portion corresponding to less than all of each of the subset of primitives. Further, the apparatus may calculate an area of each of the subset of primitives including the primitive portion that is outside of the viewing frustum. The apparatus may also perform, or refrain from performing, a clipping operation for each of the subset of primitives based on the area of each of the subset of primitives being less than or greater than an area threshold.

Abstract: An energy coupling method for household energy storage includes: connecting an alternate current (AC) output from an electric vehicle (EV) to a household electricity grid through an AC-to-AC power converter capable of outputting a vehicle-to-load (V2L) AC power that is synchronized to the household electricity grid; in response to an outage of an electricity grid that supplies power to the household grid, turning on the AC-to-AC power converter to supply the V2L AC power to a household load connected to the household electricity grid; and in response to a recovery of the electricity grid, turning off the AC-to-AC power converter to stop outputting the V2L AC power.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a display area and a frame area surrounding the display area. The display panel includes: a base substrate and a cover plate opposite to each other; one or more convex ribs on at least one of the base substrate and the cover plate, where each convex rib of at least some of the convex ribs includes a plurality of rib segments connected sequentially along an extension trajectory of the convex rib, and an angle is formed between adjacent two of the rib segments; and an encapsulation structure between the base substrate and the cover plate and covering the convex ribs. The present disclosure is capable of improving an encapsulation effect.

Abstract: A method of producing a light emitting diode (LED) array comprises: forming a plurality of layers of semiconductor material; forming a dielectric mask layer over the plurality of layers, the dielectric mask layer having an array of holes through it each exposing an area of one of the layers of semiconductor material, and growing an LED structure in each of the holes arranged to emit light over a range of wavelengths. At least some of the plurality layers form a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) arranged to reflect light of at least some of said range of wavelengths.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for graph data query includes receiving a query request for graph data. A search start node in the graph data is determined. Starting from the search start node and along an edge in the graph data, the graph data is searched for a target node that meets the query request. Based on query data that needs to be returned in response to the query request, whether the target node needs to be materialized is determined. If the target node does not need to be materialized, corresponding query data is returned as returning corresponding query data.

In some examples, the mass flow meter includes a flow inlet device and a flow outlet device. The flow inlet device and the outlet device each include a flange connecting disc, a flange sealing disc, a connector, and a flow tube. The flange sealing disc is attached to the outer surface of the flange connecting disc. The connector is connected to the flange connecting disc. A body of the flow tube is located in the connector, and an outlet of the flow tube is connected to the flange sealing disc. The cross section of a measurement body of the flow tube is a circular cross section, and the cross section of the outlet of the flow tube is a non-circular cross section.

Abstract: A metal complex with fluorine substitution is disclosed, which employs a series of new ligands containing fluorine-substituted structure can be used as a luminescent material in an emissive layer of an electroluminescent device. By using the metal complex can provide much longer device lifetime, better thermal stability, no blue-shifted illumination, and higher luminous efficiency. An electroluminescent device and compound formulation are also disclosed.

Abstract: A power assistance device according to the present disclosure is used for providing power assistance to a carrier to be moved. The power assistance device includes: a pressure sensor for detecting a total weight of the carrier; a driving device for providing a driving force in a traveling direction to the carrier; a control unit being in signal connection with the pressure sensor and the driving device, receiving the total weight detected by the pressure sensor, and being capable of sending a signal to the driving device to adjust the driving force outputted by the driving device, such that when the total weight changes, an external force required to drive the carrier in the traveling direction is maintained at a constant preset force. A control method of the power assistance device is also disclosed.

In some examples, the Coriolis mass flowmeter includes a first flow divider, a second flow divider, a support tube, a first case, a second case, and a flow tube. One end of the flow tube is connected to the first flow divider, and another end of the flow tube is connected to the second flow divider. The first flow divider and the second flow divider are fixed by the support tube, the first case is connected to the first flow divider and the second flow divider, the second case is connected to the first flow divider and the second flow divider, the first case is connected to the second case, and the first case and the second case are wrapped around the support tube and the flow tube.
