    Abstract: Disclosed is a two-phase access authentication method integrating spatial-temporal features in space-air-ground integrated networks. In the method, an access authentication is divided into two phases: a primary authentication phase and a continued authentication phase. In the primary authentication phase, a user equipment and a satellite are respectively initialized and registered through a ground network control center. In the authentication phase, a fast and secure access is achieved by using a user ID, facial features, and other authentication factors. In the continued authentication phase, data of a user flow and behavior features are acquired, and feature comparison is performed by using historical user data; and a security level and an authentication decision are output.

    Abstract: A self-densifying interconnection is formed between a high-temperature semiconductor device selected from a GaN or SiC-based device and a substrate. The interconnection includes a matrix of micron-sized silver particles in an amount from approximately 10 to 60 weight percent; the micron-sized silver particles having a particle size ranging from approximately 0.1 microns to 15 microns. Bonding particles are used to chemically bind the matrix of micron-sized silver particles. The bonding particles are core silver nanoparticles with in-situ formed surface silver nanoparticles chemically bound to the surface of the core silver nanoparticles and, at the same time, chemically bound to the matrix of micron-sized silver particles. The bonding particles have a core particle size ranging from approximately 10 to approximately 100 nanometers while the in-situ formed surface silver nanoparticles have a particle size of approximately 3-9 nanometers.

A machine learning algorithm is trained to analyze the search interaction data to recognize common relationships, and used to detect a common relationship between the respective attribute parameters for one of the attribute types for which the user interest data indicates interest. When a subsequent search request is received from the user, a user interest characteristic is computed for each result, based on similarity between the attribute preference data detected using the machine learning algorithm and the attribute parameter for the attribute type. The search results are presented to the user, sorted according to user interest characteristic.

PTP systems comprise a tape handling unit for handling a tape with pattern transfer sheets sections and for controllably delivering the pattern transfer sheets one-by-one for paste filling and consecutively for pattern transfer, with the tape moving from an unwinder roll to a re-winding roll.     Abstract: A method for preparing cassava flour with a low content of cyanogenic glycosides is provided. The method includes: washing, peeling, and cutting newly harvested fresh cassava to obtain cassava pellets, cassava shreds, or a cassava pulp as a raw material. The method further includes the following steps: immersing the raw material in a solution containing cellulase and pectinase for 10-30 minutes, and then placing the raw material in warm water with a temperature of 35-50° C. and a pH value of 5.5-6.5 and ultrasonicating for 10-30 minutes at an ultrasonic frequency of 50-80 kHz, to obtain an ultrasonicated raw material; drying and pulverizing the ultrasonicated raw material to obtain cassava flour with a low content of cyanogenic glycosides, a cyanogenic glycoside content of the cassava flour is less than 15 mg/kg.
