    Abstract: Methods and systems for canvas size scalability across the same or different bitstream layers of a video coded bitstream are described. Offset parameters for a conformance window, a reference region of interest (ROI) in a reference layer, and a current ROI in a current layer are received. The width and height of a current ROI and a reference ROI are computed based on the offset parameters and they are used to generate a width and height scaling factor to be used by a reference picture resampling unit to generate an output picture based on the current ROI and the reference ROI.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for improving accuracy of a vision model. Images of an object with a first set of perspectives are received from a dataset used to train the vision model. A three-dimensional model of the object is then generated using the images of the object from the dataset. Using the three-dimensional model of the object, images of the object with a second set of perspectives are obtained. For example, the second set of perspectives may include different perspectives than the perspectives of the object from the images contained in the dataset. The dataset used to train the vision model may then be augmented with such images of the object with a second set of perspectives. In this manner, the dataset used to train the vision model includes a greater number of perspectives of the object thereby improving the accuracy of the vision model.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) package includes an aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate, a patterned copper layer with polished portions formed on a first side of the substrate, at least one LED disposed over the polished portions of the patterned copper layer, covers incorporating one or more phosphors disposed over the LEDs, a silicone fill and dam walls. The silicone fill, which is bordered by silicone dam walls and silicone fill surfaces, is formed in between the LEDs and covers. In some embodiments, the silicone fill does not extend over the covers. The silicone fill surface and the ends of the dam walls are substantially planar with an end of the substrate. The LED package can also include a thermal pad disposed on an opposite side of the substrate. Embodiments also include methods for make the LED package.

    Abstract: An invert emulsion having double particle size distribution, the invert emulsion having a particle size distribution of latex particles between 20 nm and 70 nm and between 100 nm and 500 nm in the same invert emulsion system. A preparation method for an invert emulsion comprises: forming an emulsion A and an emulsion B having different particle sizes by controlling an emulsifier system and an emulsification means, and preparing in one step an invert emulsion the particle size of which has bimodal distribution by means of a three-stage polymerization reaction between the emulsion A and the emulsion B in the same system. The invert emulsion is used as a water treatment flocculant, a sludge dewatering agent and a papermaking auxiliary agent, and in particular, the sludge dewatering agent fabricated from the invert emulsion is used for dewatering sludge.

A lock assembly is connected to the track assembly and moveable between a locked status and an unlocked status, wherein in the locked status the seat bottom is prevented from sliding, and in the unlocked status, the seat bottom is allowed to slide. A seatback is pivotally connected to the seat bottom. When the seatback is pivoted forward to a first inclined position, the seatback engages and moves the lock assembly to the unlocked status. In the unlocked status, the seat bottom is biased to slide rearward to a rear storage position. In the rear storage position, the lock assembly is moved to the locked status.
