Abstract: Systems and methods for improving design performance of a layout design through placement of functional and spare cells by leveraging layout dependent effect (LDE) is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: importing a plurality of technology files associated with the layout design into an EDA system; importing a netlist associated with the layout design into the EDA system; importing a standard cell library containing pattern-S timing information of the functional cells and the spare cells; performing floorplan and spare cell insertion, wherein the spare cells are distributed uniformly across the floorplan; and conducting placement and optimization through re-placement of the at least one functional cells and the spare cells to form pattern-S with at least one timing critical cells to improve an overall timing performance of the layout design.

Network managers located in or near the specified area use wireless proximity detection to estimate distances to wireless nodes requesting to join the network. The network managers can use the estimated distances to determine whether or not a requesting wireless node is located within the specified area. If the requesting wireless node is located within the specified area, the network managers can permit the wireless node to join the wireless network associated with the respective specified area.

The memory formed by the method has good performance.

The above solution solves an existing problem that noises cannot be effectively cancelled in a noisy environment is solved, thus achieving the technical effects of effectively suppressing the noises and improving the accuracy of voice recognition.

A schedule for a set of available resources on the upstream channel to serve the data transmission request is generated, based on a dynamic bit loading profile, including generating data indicative of a first bit loading profile for a first set of resources from the set of available resources for a first burst, and data indicative of a second bit loading profile for a second set of resources from the set of available resources for a second burst. The schedule is transmitted to a downstream device, such that the downstream device is configured to encode the first burst using the first bit loading profile and the second burst using the second bit loading profile.

Abstract: An in-vehicle life detection system and detection method thereof are provided. The system includes a control unit, an electromagnetic wave detection module, and a warning module. The method includes following steps: vehicle condition identifying step, life form detecting step, and warning step. Upon receiving an engine off signal and a driver absence signal, the control unit emits a detection activation signal, activating the electromagnetic wave detection module to emit an electromagnetic wave for detecting a life form. When the life form is detected, the warning module sends a warning signal, indicating that the life form is left in the vehicle when the vehicle is in the engine off status with the doors closed. Thus, the tragedy of a life form remaining inside the vehicle incapable of calling for help is avoided.

From the change in position of the object, a new depth of the object can be extrapolated. The extrapolated depth of the object can be used to update the high power depth map.
