Abstract: A layered metal oxide field effect material forms a heterojunction from metal oxides with different band gaps, and defines a band gap difference (?E)?1 eV. Band bending is generated at the interface of the heterojunction, such that a potential barrier is formed on the side with the larger band gap and a triangular potential well is formed on the side with the smaller band gap, and under the induction of a gate electric field, a polarized charge is generated at the interface of the heterojunction, and a large number of carriers are accumulated. Therefore, the present layered metal oxide field effect material has high carrier mobility higher than 103 cm2/V·s, and overcomes the problem that the carrier mobility of a conventional metal oxide field effect material is low, it is required to fabricate the metal oxide field effect material into a crystal phase structure with a relatively high cost, and even that a substrate thereof with a crystal phase structure is required.

Abstract: A turbulent fluidized bed reactor, device and method for preparing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and benzene, resolving or improving the competition problem between an MTO reaction and an alkylation reaction during the process of producing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and benzene, and achieving a synergistic effect between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction. By controlling the mass transfer and reaction, competition between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction is coordinated and optimized to facilitate a synergistic effect of the two reactions, so that the conversion rate of benzene, the yield of para-xylene, and the selectivity of light olefins are increased.

Abstract: A method of cross-layer opportunistic routing for Internet of Vehicles based on decentralized congestion control strategy includes the following steps. Design a multi-state decentralized congestion control state machine. Record, by each vehicle, a current state value, and calculate a medium access control layer channel load (CL) and an average state value (AS) of all neighbor nodes. Adaptively adjust the current state machine in combination with relationships between a CL statistical value and a preset threshold and between the s and the AS, thereby controlling a transmit power, a transmit data rate and a receiver sensitivity of Cooperative Awareness Message (CAM) and routing message. Utilize, by the vehicle node, CAM to update state information of the neighbor nodes in real time, and select to perform greedy forwarding or opportunistic forwarding of routing message according to location relationships among the vehicle node, the neighbor nodes and a target node.

Abstract: A display panel, a manufacturing method, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate; a signal line layer having an edge pasted on an edge of a display area; an insulating layer having an edge pasted on an edge of the signal line layer; a light emitting layer comprising lighting devices arranged with spaces; and a via, pass through the organic lighting devices and the insulating layer from a cathode layer of the organic lighting devices to a surface of the signal line layer. The present disclosure positions the signal lines under the middle portion of the display area and utilizes a via to connect the cathode layer of the display area to the signal lines. Therefore, there is no need to put the signal lines in the side frame area such that the narrow side frame design is accomplished.

The tri-axial mechanical test apparatus comprises a main body loading system, a freezing system, and a sample test system; in the main body loading system, a flange, an axial pressure piston and a pressure-bearing shell are constituted to a loading main body, and the axial pressure and confining pressure are controlled directly by a tri-axial servo tester and indirectly by an oil-water separator respectively; in the freezing system, a circumferential freezing liquid circulation channel and a base freezing liquid circulation channel are connected to an external cold source for cooling and freezing, and a dissoluble shell is provided on the periphery of the sample to ensure the shape of ice; in the sample test system, a serial of optical fiber sensors in the sample is connected to an optical fiber data collector, to measure temperature and strain.

The stator core and the magnetic isolation ring both consist of an axial part and a radial part of which an outer end is connected to an inner wall of the axial part.

A power generation apparatus is respectively quickly connected, through expansion joints, to an intake assembly and an exhaust duct which are separately transported, to implement the quick installation and connection of the power generation system at the fracturing operation site. Two conveyances are respectively provided for the intake assembly and the exhaust duct to achieve more flexible adjustment during connection. While the position of the power generation apparatus is fixed, the intake assembly is moved to connect to an intake chamber of the power generation apparatus, and the exhaust duct is moved to connect to an exhaust collector of the power generation apparatus.

Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores instructions, which when executed by a processing device of a diagnostic server, cause the processing device to perform certain operations. In the electrode fiber per unit volume, the quantity ratio of the vertical tow to the parallel tow is at least 6:4. The electrode structure includes an odd number of layers of the electrode fibers, and the porosity of other layers is larger than that of the center layer. The electrode structure includes the vertical tows, so that, the contact area between the outer surface of the electrode and the adjacent component is increased and the contact resistance is reduced; the electrode has good mechanical properties; the contact resistance of such structure is reduced by 30%-50%; and the layers of the electrode have different thickness depending on the porosity. After compression, the layers with optimized thickness have a consistent porosity.

A probable structure of the invariant portion is determined to generate a structural constraint to constrain the plurality of feedback paths, and probability distributions to impose the structural constraint on the invariant portion are determined. During an iterative process, the invariant portion is iteratively determined using the determined probability distributions and the feedback path measurements.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile power generation system. The whole power generation system is assigned onto two conveyances. A gas turbine, a generator, an intake chamber, an exhaust collector, and an auxiliary system are disposed on a first conveyance, an intake assembly and an exhaust duct are integrally disposed on a second conveyance. The second conveyance further includes at least four lifting gears, which are configured to separate the intake assembly and the exhaust duct from the second conveyance, and jack up the intake assembly and the exhaust duct so as to accommodate the power generation transport apparatus and move it to the bottom of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct. The intake assembly and the exhaust duct are then brought down by the lifting gears to dock with the intake chamber and the exhaust collector respectively. A seal docking can be achieved by the weights of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct themselves.
