    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to nanoscale wires, nanoscale sensing elements, and/or injectable devices. In some embodiments, the present invention is directed to electronic devices that can be injected or inserted into soft matter, such as biological tissue or polymeric matrixes. For example, the device may be passed through a tube into the medium. To avoid or minimize crumpling, the device may exit the tube at substantially the same rate that the tube is withdrawn from the medium. Other components, such as fluids or cells, may also be injected or inserted. In addition, in some cases, the device, after insertion or injection, may be connected to an external electrical circuit, for example, by printing a conductive path on a medium or on a flexible substrate. The path may be printed using conductive inks, e.g., containing carbon nanotubes or other suitable materials.

    Abstract: In some cases, an IPTV client may send multiple IGMP Report/Join requests to an IPTV gateway, primarily due to a system or software failure. This may flood the IPTV client device with unwanted streaming data. A method and an apparatus for managing Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) multicast groups of IPTV service are suggested. The method comprises receiving a request from an IPTV client device for joining a new IGMP multicast group of IPTV service; and adjusting IGMP multicast groups of the IPTV client device according to a preset rule as a function of the number of the IGMP multicast groups which are joined by the IPTV client device over a preset value. According to the disclosure, only a preset number of IGMP groups are allowed for an IPTV client device, which can reduce the risk of streaming data flooding the system.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a method for making 32-bit addressing of SV data by utilizing FPGA, which may be applied to processing digital sampling data in an equipment of an intelligent substation. Specifically, the method includes the following steps: FPGA receiving naked SV data packages generated based on IEEE802.3 standard; analyzing data structure of Ethernet frame; based on characteristics of the Ethernet frame of the SV data, the SV data of the network byte sequence being reorganized by utilizing ASN.1 coding rules, so that the SV data being converted into a data that can be directly accessed by 32-bit addressing processors. As a result, SV data decoding efficiency is improved greatly. This invention may make the decoding efficiency of 32-bit addressing processor improved by 5-10 times, thus solve problem of declined efficiency due to processing network byte order by splitting and reorganization.
