Abstract: The present invention is an above-ground tank cover that includes a base cover that is enclosed around an above-ground tank and a pair of draw strings that include a pair of tabs, the pair of draw strings is positioned around the bottom portion of the base cover and can be pulled to tighten the pair of draw strings around the bottom portion of the base cover. A plurality of reinforced stitching disposed on the top portion of the base cover and extends down a pair of middle side portions and a pair of bottom side portions of the base cover and a hook and loop fastener disposed on a middle portion of the top portion of the base cover, the hook and loop fastener is replaceably removed to allow easy access to the above-ground tank enclosed by the above-ground tank cover.
