Abstract: The present disclosure provides improved methods for producing tumor antigen-specific T cells, including methods that shorten the procedure as well as enhance certain aspects of the tumor antigen-specific T cells. The present disclosure also provides various compositions and products in connection with the improved production methods. The present disclosure also provides tumor antigen-specific T cell products.
