  • Publication number: 20070067642
Abstract: This invention discloses a multi-factor remote user authentication card-device 12 in the form factor of a prior art one-factor of “what you have” security card. The multi-factor card-device has innovative features that enable this one card-device itself to function and accomplish a multi-factor remote user authentication of “what you know”, “what you have”, “where you are” and “what you are”, to a network. This invention discloses four embodiments of the card-device 12. In one embodiment 10A, one card-device of this invention enables two-factor authentication of “what you have” and “what you are”. In another embodiment 10B, one card-device 12 of this invention enables two-factor authentication of “what you know” and “what you have”. In another embodiment 10C, one card-device 12 of this invention enables three-factor authentication of “what you know”, “what you have”, and “what you are”.

  • Publication number: 20070024454
Abstract: This invention discloses a satellite based Driver Mentally Impaired (DMI) determination system for auto safety that automatically enables, (i) at the time of auto ignition by driver, the vehicle to be identified at ground station in a Driver mentally impaired (DMI) database and to activate the functions of DMI safety function, (ii) the driver to be identified via voice sample, (iii) the driver profile to be identified in the DMI database, including the time slots when the driver might be drunk, such as evening time and not morning time, (iv) a reaction time test to be conducted, which measures the reaction time responses to simple questions, (v) determine the driver's ability to drive, based on driver specific and generic reaction time profiles and (vi) permit the ignition to proceed or not, (vii) If the ignition is denied, it can be done again after a fixed time and/or a designated person and telephone number is automatically dialed and the safety situation to include driver name, vehicle location, time and

  • Publication number: 20070016796
Abstract: Systems for methods for remote user authentication by using a cellular phone and an authentication system that generates and uses transient pass codes. The Authentication system is used to store a user's existing passwords; alternatively, the authentication system creates on demand a transient random pass code that is good for a limited duration. The transient pass codes may also be used in the packets that enable each packet to be individually authenticated in the firewall. When the user has forgotten the password in a traditional system, alternatively, without the need to create or remember passwords, user can use transient pass codes. The user retrieves the password or the pass code via a cell telephone call to the authentication system, before logging on to the system.

  • Publication number: 20070006286
Abstract: A system of security for global computer transactions that provides a reverse-authentication authority system that enables a client to authenticate the server to the client first before the user of a client proceed to enter their user id and password or other personal data in the web page to assure them that the web page did indeed originate from the secure web server and not from an imposter. The system uses an authentication code that is given to the client user when they call a reverse-authentication server by an out-of-band method such as a telephone network, different than the global network and which then appears in the part of the web page for them to visually see and compare the one they have received in the telephone call to the server.

  • Publication number: 20060004663
Abstract: A method and apparatus (10) for a privacy system (12) that facilitates anonymous service transactions globally between a customer (20) and a service merchant (22) and that minimizes the theft of personally sensitive identity data. The privacy system (12) allows the customer (20) to receive service (60) from the merchant (22) over the Internet without the merchant (22) receiving and keeping the identity data, bankcard information and other personally sensitive Id theft prone data of the customer (20). Invention also discloses a private information system on Internet using an anonymous identifier to store private information that minimizes the theft of personally sensitive identity data. The anonymous identifier is self-created by a person to assure anonymity to the person to facilitate anonymous and secure transactions over the Internet.

  • Publication number: 20050249225
Abstract: A Packet Source Validation Architecture (PSVA) system for enhanced Internet Security that validates the source of all data packets that enter and propagate in the global computer network is disclosed. The PSVA system includes: (i) a system means to insert a source validation code in the header of the packets entering the Internet, (ii) a system means wherein the source validation code does not identity the source of the packets to anyone except to a law-enforcement agency, (iii) a system means to transport such a packet from the sending computer to the destination computer over the existing global computer network, (iv) a means for packet receiving clients to forward the validation code therein to law-enforcement agencies, when an identified type of harm is detected in the data of the received packets. The PSVA system is made up of, (i) a distributed set of key servers and (ii) an adaptation of the major routers of the Internet, and an adaptation of the Sending and receiving client servers.

  • Publication number: 20050138741
Abstract: This invention embodies six different teeth cleaning aspects in one teeth cleaning apparatus. These aspects are: (i) use of an abrasive surface supported by a pad that is rubbed for cleaning exposed and easily reachable part of the teeth, (ii) use of bristles for reaching spaces between teeth and gum lines and between two teeth, (iii) use of a sponge under the abrasive surface that delivers plaque cleaning and anti-bacterial agent to the teeth surface, (iv) use of a woven cloth like surface with the ability to absorb and remove the food/acid film from the teeth, (v) ability to clean teeth with little or no use of water, (vi) use of a one time throw away cleaning head for better hygiene.

  • Publication number: 20050113160
Abstract: An educational video game with a hide and seek game software and a dynamic message entry and display method which can be played among many players in a fixed location or over the Internet is disclosed. The hide and seek game software has functions that enable the display of a landscape, a hide character, a seek character, and enable the movement of a hide character to hide in the features of a landscape and enable the movement of a seek character to seek the hide character. The game software display a central area with a landscape and a surrounding area, which is used as a space for dynamic display of messages based on age, gender and geographic location of the players. The messages may be from a group of types of commercial, school and community events, social messages for cultivating good habits, and personal messages from friends and relatives.

  • Publication number: 20050076246
Abstract: A router based authentication system provides packet level authentication of incoming data packets and eliminates the risk of having data packets come in to the network whose source cannot be authenticated. In Router Based Authentication System (RBAS), a prior art router is adapted with an authentication function that works in conjunction with a security function in the client. Alternatively, a new router can be built that embeds an authentication function. The router based authentication function includes: (i) an ability to receive a telephone call and verify the caller by comparing with pre-stored caller id, (ii) generate a random alphanumeric code, deliver to the caller, and save in the system, (iii) reject all packets from the client that do not have a passkey embedded in the header of the packet.
