    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an article includes melt-mixing a first polymer with a second polymer and optionally an additive to form a thermoplastic composition, the first polymer having a first melting point or a first glass transition temperature T1, the second polymer having a second melting point or a second glass transition temperature T2 that is 30° C. to 150° C. higher than T1: and forming the article from the thermoplastic composition at a temperature between T1 and T2, such as via sheet extrusion, thermoforming, pipe extrusion, extrusion molding, injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, compression molding, or additive manufacturing. The first polymer and the second polymer can have a volume ratio of 75:25 to 35:65 with a co-continuous morphology in the thermoplastic composition, with the second polymer providing a network for containing a melt of the first polymer.
