Abstract: A nasal rinsing cap suitable for standard water bottle is disclosed. The body portion of the device can be attached to the top of the bottle. It has a cylindrical void matching the threaded portion of the bottle and a one-way fluid valve attached to another void extending from the cylindrical void and through the body portion. The body portion also includes a one-way air valve allowing the entry of air into the bottle. A top portion is removably or openably attached to the body portion. It has a tubular opening starting near the body portion and extending through the top portion. The top portion is configured so that it has a tip to be contacted with the user's nasal cavities. The top portion also has a pressure zone for closing the fluid valve by applying a pressure on it.

Abstract: Bath for exercising, the bath containing substantially vertical wall portion, and a suitably configured bath bottom, from which extends an exercise base, wherein the bath bottom is formed so that the bath is the deepest in the area where the person lying on the exercise base reaches when moving her legs, the bath is lower in the area where she reaches when moving her arms, wherein the bath bottom is shaped so that in the top view it follows the trajectory of the user can reach when moving her limbs.
