  • Publication number: 20230205106
Abstract: A toner includes toner particles. Each toner particle includes a binder resin, a release agent, a colorant, and particles. The particles are metal particles, or halogen particles, or both. A metal constituting the metal particles may have a monovalent or higher ionic valence. An abundance X of the particles is within a range represented by 3 ?m2?X ?m2?10 ?m2. X ?m2 is the abundance X that is an area of the particles present in a surface portion of each of the toner particles as measured by SEM-EDX with setting acceleration voltage to 1 kV. A declining rate of the particles is 80% to 100%. Y ?m2 is an abundance Y that is an area of the particles present in a surface portion of each of the toner particles as measured by the SEM-EDX with setting acceleration voltage to 3 kV.

  • Patent number: 10712681
Abstract: A toner is provided that contains a crystalline polyester resin comprising a polycondensed resin of a dicarboxylic acid represented by the following formula (1) with a diol represented by the following formula (2). A content of a cyclic ester represented by the following formula (3) in the toner, measured by a thermal extraction gas chromatographic mass spectrometry at a thermal extraction temperature of 160° C., is from 1 to 200 ppm in terms of toluene: where n represents an integer of from 2 to 12; where m represents an integer of from 2 to 12; and where n represents an integer of from 2 to 12, m represents an integer of from 2 to 12, and m+n?6 is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 9470990
Abstract: A storage to store a dispersion liquid in which particles including a resin are dispersed in a solvent is provided. The storage includes a storage tank to store the dispersion liquid, which is arranged on a passage leading from a dispersion liquid producing device to produce the dispersion liquid to a solvent removing device to remove the solvent from the dispersion liquid; and a pressure adjuster to adjust the pressure of the dispersion liquid in the storage tank to a pressure between the pressure of the dispersion liquid in the dispersion liquid producing device and the pressure of the dispersion liquid in the solvent removing device.
