  • Publication number: 20170052408
Abstract: In a liquid crystal display device, the liquid crystal panel has a display surface of a planar shape on which a plurality of pixels are located. The front protective plate is located so as to face the display surface of the liquid crystal panel. The optical path changing portion is located between an emission surface of the front protective plate and an air layer located closer to the back side than the emission surface is and located closest to the emission surface. The optical path changing portion changes an optical path of light that enters the optical path changing portion so as to expand an emission angle when the incident light is emitted from the emission surface of the front protective plate.

  • Publication number: 20170004641
Abstract: According to a display control device of this invention, various notification information is classified into a plurality of predetermined patterns of display modes in accordance with values of at least two parameters out of three parameters of the relation with driving, importance for the user, and immediacy of display, and displaying on a display device in the classified display mode. As a result, it is possible to notify information to a user at an appropriate timing with easily and intuitively understandable contents for the user without interrupting driving by the user.

  • Publication number: 20160336009
Abstract: According to an in-vehicle control apparatus, it is configured to receive information of a plurality of operation keys displayed on a display, to identify from a result of voice recognition of a user's speech, the operation key corresponding thereto on the basis of the information of the operation keys, and to execute a function assigned to the operation key upon receiving an instruction for execution by the user using a decision key, so that it is possible to perform an operation without making contact directly with the plurality of operation keys displayed on the display and without the need of a complex key operation. Further, solely by mounting just one decision key on a steering wheel, it becomes possible to safely perform the operation about the operation key displayed on the display without the user releasing his/her hand from the steering wheel during driving.

  • Publication number: 20160334879
Abstract: An emphasis level R is calculated in accordance with a difference between a position of a hand of an operator A specified based on a detection signal of a 3D camera 6 and a predetermined position of a hand for performing a gesture operation. A notification of a presence of an operation object intended for the gesture operation is provided with the calculated emphasis level R to thereby guide the hand of the operator A to a predetermined position of a hand, every time the emphasis level R is calculated in response to the detection of the hand of the operator A by the 3D camera 6.
