  • Publication number: 20240124314
Abstract: Provided is a particle-immobilized substrate that can be easily produced and has inorganic nanoparticles present in a nanometer-scale region. Also provided is a method for easily producing a substrate in which nanoparticles are arranged in a nanometer-scale region on a solid surface. A particle-immobilized substrate 1 includes a substrate 2 and a plurality of inorganic nanoparticles 3 disposed on the substrate 2, in which the plurality of inorganic nanoparticles 3 is disposed in contact with each other in a region having a width (D1) of 1 ?m or less on the substrate 2.

  • Patent number: 10242915
Abstract: A method for transferring at least one thin film from a first substrate to a second substrate is provided, the thin film having a first side and an opposing second side and the second side of the thin film being arranged on a first side of the first substrate, at least part of the first substrate being subsequently removed and the second substrate being brought into contact, via its first side, with the second side of the thin film, wherein a liquid is supplied to the contact surface and then at least some of the liquid is removed by rotating the thin film and the second substrate.

  • Publication number: 20130345160
Abstract: To provide a glycyrrhizin/aminoacetic acid/cysteine combination drug containing an active ingredient in high concentration and excelling in stability and safety. Stability at compounding of active ingredient in high concentration has been improved by avoiding the addition of sulfite salts having been used as a stabilizer in existing products. As glycyrrhizin high-concentration preparations, there is provided a drug composition comprising 8 to 16 mg/mL of glycyrrhizin, 3 to 6 mg/mL of cysteine and 80 to 160 mg/mL of aminoacetic acid wherein no sulfite salts are added as an additive, and pH is 6 to 7.
