Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate generally to formulations, methods, kits, and dosage forms for improved topical pharmaceutical formulation comprising an active ingredient, wherein the active ingredient comprises a compound selected from the group consisting of the Formula (I), Formula (II), and Formula (III): The formulations can further comprise a hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant comprising a poloxamer. These formulations are useful in treating inflammation, pruritus and/or pain, or for treating conditions for which the signs and symptoms include inflammation, pruritis and/or pain, by topical administration to a subject.
