    Abstract: A water-based fluoroelastomer coating composition improved in adhesiveness onto a substrate, which comprises (A) an aqueous fluoroelastomer dispersion blended with (B) an aminosilane compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is methyl or ethyl, X is a single bond, ##STR2## and y is an integer of 2 or 3 and optionally with (C) an amine compound having at least one terminal amino group directly bonded to an aliphatic hydrocarbon residue.
