  • Patent number: 4569000
Abstract: Disclosed is a mounting structure for electric elements in circuit blocks of an electric circuit, particularly suitable for an ultrahigh-frequency circuit, allowing such elements to be automatically mounted as well as soldered, by such a way that holding parts with configurations and dimensions compatible with terminal parts of the elements are provided at portions of metal pieces as wiring conductors respectively, which are embedded in a frame made of an insulator at a proper distance, and the elements are mounted and secured so that the terminals thereof are positioned on the holding parts of the metal pieces.

  • Patent number: 4494095
Abstract: An assembly structure of a high frequency circuit apparatus including at least one first high frequency circuit block; a metallic chassis on which said first high frequency circuit block is disposed; a second high frequency block formed by placing a high frequency circuit element inside a metallic case having one of its surfaces opened; and a shield case having one of its surfaces opened and divided into compartments by shield plates shielding said high frequency circuit blocks from one another; said second high frequency circuit block being fitted to said metallic chassis in such a fashion that the open surface thereof is sealed by said metallic chassis; said shield case being fitted to said metallic chassis in such a fashion that said compartments thereof separate said high frequency circuit blocks from one another.

  • Patent number: 4175259
Abstract: Disclosed is a preset plate for a VHF tuner, having a first and a second rotary bodies which are unitarily mounted on a main shaft of the VHF tuner. The first rotary plate has a plurality of coils corresponding to respective channels to be selected and a number of switching contact pieces, while the second rotary body carries a plurality of fine-adjusting screws for getting into and out of the cavities of respective coils for varying the inductance thereof. Stationary contact members are fixed on the frame of the tuner for engaging the successive switching contact pieces as the preset plate is rotated around the axis of the main shaft.

  • Patent number: 4041422
Abstract: A plurality of fine tuning elements are mounted on a disc which is rotatable by a selector shaft so that a selected tuning element is in a tuning position. Each tuning element comprises a screw with a gear mounted at the end thereof. A tuning shaft is rotatable and translatable on the selector shaft and has an actuator disc and a tuning gear fixed thereto. An idler shaft has first and second gears fixed thereto and is normally held in a tilted inoperative position by a spring. The tuning shaft is manually translatable so that the actuator disc engages with the idler shaft and tilts the same against the force of the spring in such a manner that the first and second gears engage with the tuning gear and the gear of the selected tuning element respectively to drivably connect the tuning shaft to the screw of the desired tuning element.
