    Abstract: A tube with a restricted end is used to produce a spray of water by manually forcing the non-restricted end of the tube into a body of water. The resulting spray comes out of the restricted end of the tube. Thus, the spray is not in line with the direction of force needed to achieve the spraying action. The tube and restriction combination provides a device that can be used for aquatic amusements, exercise, etc., in an inherently safe manner.
