  • Patent number: 10339666
Abstract: A leaded component held by suction nozzle is imaged under three types of imaging conditions, imaging in a state illuminated by laser illumination, imaging in a state illuminated by incident illumination, and imaging in a state illuminated by side illumination and incident illumination 114. In a case in which it is not possible to appropriately recognize a position of a lead by recognition processing using image data of the first set of imaging conditions, recognition processing is performed again using image data of a second set of imaging conditions different to the first set of imaging conditions. In a case in which it is not possible to appropriately recognize a position of a lead by recognition processing using image data of the second set of imaging conditions, recognition processing is performed again using image, data of a third set of imagine conditions different to the second set of imaging conditions.

  • Patent number: 10250815
Abstract: Component mounter includes a transfer inspection device that inspects the transfer state of solder by imaging the bottom surface of a component, and a transfer inspection data creation device that creates transfer inspection data. The transfer inspection data creation device performs imaging of the bottom surface of a pre-transfer component with a camera at multiple shutter speeds, acquires the multiple pre-transfer images of different shutter speeds, obtains pre-transfer bump portion pixel values, performs imaging of the bottom surface of a post-transfer component with the camera at the same multiple shutter speeds, acquires the multiple post-transfer images of different shutter speeds, obtains post-transfer bump portion pixel values, and determines the shutter speed to be used when performing transfer inspection based on the post-transfer bump portion pixel values.

  • Patent number: 6934042
Abstract: An image processing apparatus can share a function of other apparatuses when it is connected to a network. The image processing apparatus comprises function blocks such as an image reader, an image processor and a printer, interface means connected to the network, and an image bus switcher for switching buses for connecting these elements. The image bus switcher is used to transmit data, whereby an application program of the other apparatus connected to the network can be used, for example. After the image data is processed by using the application program of the other apparatus, the processed data can be also transmitted and printed. When the other apparatus is used, a power is supplied to the necessary function blocks alone, thereby starting these blocks.

  • Patent number: 6125249
Abstract: An image processing unit comprises a memory for storing original image data and a print start time therefor, and a reserve print function of reading the original image data from the memory and printing the same at the print start time. The image processing unit further has a monitor for monitoring consumed times for an interruption copy, paper supply and the like, an operator for inputting print data and a desired print end time, a computing element for operating a required time for a print operation on the basis of the print data, and a setter for setting a print start time for each original on the basis of the operating situation of the image processing unit and the required and desired end times for each original for avoiding overlapping of print operations for respective originals.

  • Patent number: 5828465
Abstract: A facsimile apparatus is provided with an overwrite mode of operation and an append mode of operation. The image data for a document that is to be registered for polling transmission is stored in a memory in a manner which permits the image data to be easily modified, and additional data appended thereto. In the overwrite mode, previously stored data is automatically erased, and new image data is stored in the memory in its place. If the amount of new image data is greater than the amount of data that was previously stored, the additional data is stored in a manner which links it to the area where the previously stored data was located. In the append mode, the new image data is similarly stored in a manner which links it to previously stored data. There is no need to erase or modify the originally stored data in this mode.
