    Abstract: A rotary machine includes rotating shaft supported with respect to an end wall of a housing. The rotary machine includes a bearing that is attached to the rotating shaft and rotatably supports the rotating shaft to the housing, a cylindrical holding portion that is provided in the end wall of the housing and extends in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a cylindrical bearing sleeve that is fixed to the holding portion and surrounds the bearing. The bearing sleeve includes a surrounding portion that surrounds the bearing and a protruding portion that protrudes from the surrounding portion toward the end wall. The protruding portion and the holding portion overlap each other in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, and the bearing sleeve is fixed to the end wall by fitting the protruding portion into the holding portion.
