The reflecting portion is arranged in front of the optical axis, and includes a front side reflective surface that reflects the light from the introducing portion toward the emitting portion. The front side reflective surface includes a plurality of diffusing steps that diffuses the light from the introducing portion in an extending direction of the plate-shaped light guide.
