  • Patent number: 11565502
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a bonding method for bonding two adherends using an adhesive main agent that contains a thermoplastic resin having a cross-linkable group and a catalyst. The bonding method includes the steps of forming a main agent layer on one of the adherends; applying a catalyst onto the main agent layer; laminating the main agent layer and another adherend; and heating and pressing a laminated body in a layer thickness direction. Another embodiment of the bonding method may include a step of applying a catalyst onto one of the adherends, a step of forming a main agent layer on a surface onto which the catalyst has been applied, a step of laminating the two adherends, and a step of heating and pressing a laminated body in a layer thickness direction.

  • Patent number: 11046872
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a two-component hot melt adhesive capable of appropriately adjusting its aging time while having excellent workability and pot life and a solidified product thereof and a method for controlling the cross-linking time of a two-component hot melt adhesive. The two-component hot melt adhesive separately includes: (A) a base component containing a modified polyolefin having an alkoxysilyl group; and (B) a catalyst that promotes formation of siloxane-cross linkings derived from the alkoxysilyl groups, in which when a solubility parameter of the base component (A) is defined as SPA, a solubility parameter of the catalyst (B) is defined as SPB, and a molecular weight of the catalyst (B) is defined as NM, the SPA, the SPB, and NM satisfy the following formula (1) 10?(X1×NM)+(X2×|SPA?SPB|)?400 wherein 0.15?X1?0.55 and 40?X2?80.

  • Publication number: 20200171792
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a laminated body including an adhesive layer containing a cross-linked modified resin obtained by forming a cross-link derived from a cross-linkable group of a thermoplastic resin having the cross-linkable group, and a catalyst impregnated into the cross-linked modified resin, wherein the catalyst promotes formation of a cross-link derived from the cross-linkable group, and wherein when a solubility parameter of an adhesive main agent containing the thermoplastic resin having the cross-linkable group is defined as SP1 and a solubility parameter of the catalyst is defined as SP2, an absolute difference between the SP1 and the SP2 represented as |SP1?SP2| is 4.5 or less.

  • Patent number: 5025393
Abstract: A teaching apparatus is used with at least one manipulator arm capable of carrying out a plurality of distinct motions for carrying and positioning a work tool for performing a work function. The apparatus comprises a power unit including actuators for powering the respective motions of the manipulator arm, a control unit coupled through a first data line to the actuators for controlling the mechanical actuators, and a teach pendant connected through a second data line to the control unit and through a third data line to the mechanical actuators. The teach pendant is used to produce a motion command on the second and third data lines, the motion command having digit information specifying a selected one of the distinct motions of the manipulator arm and a teach command on the second data line. The power unit responds to the motion command fed thereto through the third data line from the teach pendant by selecting one of the actuators to power the selected motion of the manipulator arm.

  • Patent number: 4951189
Abstract: To facilitate program control modification and troubleshooting in a sequence control system in spite of simple processing programs, sequence control processes are linked in a chain fashion. A unit process for activating an actuation member in both forward and reverse directions forms a ring so as to be activated in sequence cyclically, and these unit process rings are linked between an actuation start side activator for the present process and an actuation end side activator for the preceding process, both activated simultaneously whenever one of them is activated. Therefore, any process can be stopped at, restarted and reversed from any process steps in both the forward and reverse directions through the linked actuation start and end side activators, after the automatic operation has been switched to the manual operation or vice versa.
