  • Patent number: 6923500
Abstract: A sunshade includes a cut-out panel formed by cutting a portion from a ceiling panel for opening a ceiling window and injection-molded rigid edge members made of synthetic resin and fixed to a front edge, both side edges and a rear edge of the cut-out panel so as to surround the cut-out panel. The rigid edge members are fixed to the sunshade so that the sunshade is finished such that the width thereof is made wider than the width of the opening portion of the ceiling panel and the length thereof is made longer than the length of the opening portion thereof, the rigid edge member fixed to the front edge is formed with a knob, and slide shoes are provided to the rigid edge members fixed to the both edges of the cut-out panel. The invention realizes reduced weight and manufacturing cost and increased quality of the slide sunshade of automobile sunroofs.

  • Patent number: 5547255
Abstract: A reclining device for a vehicle includes a lower arm secured to a seat cushion of a vehicle seat, and an upper arm secured to a seat back of the vehicle seat. A ratchet plate of which an upper end is secured to the upper arm is turnably supported by the lower arm, and a base end of a pole is also turnably supported by the lower arm. A toothed edge of a lower periphery of the ratchet plate and a toothed edge of a free end of the pole are engaged and disengaged by turning the pole with a release lever. A set plate is disposed so as to face the lower arm through the ratchet plate and the pole. The set plate is supported with two shafts which respectively support the ratchet plate and the pole.

  • Patent number: 5231303
Abstract: A semiconductor device comprises a semiconductor chip mounted within a prepared aperture formed in a flexible film carrier. A conductive lead pattern is formed on the surface of the film carrier and the inner lead ends of the lead pattern project over and into the film aperture in aligned relation with a plurality of bonding pads formed on the active surface of the semiconductor chip. The semiconductor chip, or the semiconductor chip together with inner portions of the conductive lead pattern, are encapsulated with a sealing resin to the film carrier. A spatial interval, A defined by the edge of the carrier aperture and the edge of the outer side periphery of the semiconductor chip to be installed in the device aperture, is set within the range of about 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. Also, the inner leads are provide with a small extended length, preferably in those portions extending into and over the device aperture.
