  • Patent number: 9478072
Abstract: A controller in a form of an engine controller controls an aftertreatment device for a residual substance in exhaust gas. The engine controller includes a regeneration occurrence-condition output unit that outputs regeneration occurrence-condition data indicating occurrence of a regeneration treatment of the aftertreatment device, and a regeneration division detector that detects division of the regeneration treatment by a key-off operation conducted during execution of the regeneration treatment. The regeneration occurrence-condition output unit outputs regeneration occurrence-condition data that is analyzable to show that a regeneration treatment before the division detected by the regeneration division detector and a regeneration treatment after the division are a series of regeneration treatments.

  • Patent number: 9046017
Abstract: A regeneration control device of a diesel particulate filter, includes: a regeneration control unit configured to combust particulate matter accumulated in a diesel particulate filter that removes the particulate matter from exhaust gas of an engine and regenerate the diesel particulate filter when an accumulation amount of the particulate matter accumulated in the diesel particulate filter exceeds a predetermined value, wherein the regeneration control unit is configured to perform lower limit control in which a lower limit of an engine speed is set to a value greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value during the regeneration.

  • Patent number: 5613474
Abstract: A control method for starting a diesel engine makes it possible to prevent an excessive increase in fuel injection rate in a low speed rotation range at the time of starting for prevention of occurrence of misfiring and unstable engine rotation, and to prevent occurrence of black smoke by controlling the injection rate according to the engine temperature. For this effect, from the beginning of engine starting to a first engine rotating speed (N.sub.1), the control rack is moved in the fuel injection rate reducing direction so that the rack position has a first gradient to correct for an increase in fuel injection rate and, from the first engine rotating speed to a second engine rotating speed (N.sub.3) at which the control rack is returned to its position for ordinary control, the control rack is moved in the fuel injection rate reducing direction so that the rack position has a second gradient greater than the first gradient.

  • Patent number: 5538084
Abstract: A device for improving the workability and drivability of a tracked vehicle whose blade height is automatically controlled, in which when changeover of a speed step from reverse to forward is detected by a transmission lever position detector (3), a controller (15) controls to raise or lower the blade (8) to a target value which is the height of the blade (8) initially set by an initial height setter (4). With a blade raising lever (1) operated, the blade (8) is controlled to rise or lower in proportion to the height of the blade during manual operation. The height is detected by a blade-height detector (14) and the blade is controlled to rise or lower to a target value which is the detected value of height.

  • Patent number: 5398766
Abstract: A device for controlling the height of a blade of a tracked vehicle includes a blade height position detector, a blade height controller for raising and lowering the blade, and a device for setting an initial height of the blade. When the transmission of the vehicle is shifted from the reverse to the forward position, the height of the blade is lowered to the target value. A switch selects between the target value set by the initial height setting device and a manually selected height depending whether or not the switching device selects the automatic operation or manual operation of the blade height controller.
