  • Publication number: 20240154547
Abstract: An electric machine system includes an electric machine, an electric power converter, and a control unit. The electric machine includes a stator that includes coils, and a rotator that includes a magnet and is rotatable with respect to the stator. The electric power converter inputs electric power with respect to the coils of the electric machine. The control unit controls the electric power converter. The control unit includes an output unit and a correction unit. The output unit outputs a control signal for operating the electric power converter to the electric power converter. The correction unit corrects a phase of the control signal that determines input timing of the electric power with respect to the coils of the electric machine. The correction unit corrects the phase so that the magnitude of the electric power approaches an extreme value.

  • Publication number: 20240077123
Abstract: A valve spring includes a nitrided layer, and a core portion that is further inward than the nitrided layer. A chemical composition of the core portion consists of, in mass %, C: 0.53 to 0.59%, Si: 2.51 to 2.90%, Mn: 0.70 to 0.85%, P: 0.020% or less, S: 0.020% or less, Cr: 1.40 to 1.70%, Mo: 0.17 to 0.53%, V: 0.23 to 0.33%, Ca: 0.0001 to 0.0050%, Cu: 0.050% or less, Ni: 0.050% or less, Al: 0.0050% or less, Ti: 0.050% or less, and N: 0.0070% or less, with the balance being Fe and impurities. In the core portion, a number density of V-based precipitates having a maximum diameter ranging from 2 to 10 nm is 500 to 8000 per ?m2, and in the core portion, a numerical proportion of Ca sulfides with respect to a total number of oxide-based inclusions and sulfide-based inclusions is 0.20% or less.

  • Publication number: 20230192155
Abstract: An electric vehicle control device includes an idling-sliding control unit that provides control to reduce or prevent idling and sliding that may occur on a wheel of an electric vehicle. The idling-sliding control unit includes an idling-sliding detection unit for detecting idling or sliding that has occurred on the electric vehicle, and a torque command value generation unit that generates a torque command value used for reducing or preventing idling or sliding, based on output of the idling-sliding detection unit. When a prediction signal representing an anticipated occurrence of idling or sliding is inputted, the torque command value generation unit performs narrowing of the torque command value regardless of whether or not the idling-sliding control unit is performing idling-sliding control.

  • Patent number: 5059379
Abstract: A method of resin sealing semiconductor devices wherein semiconductor devices, such as semiconductor chips, are placed in cavities provided in a pair of chase blocks which are clamped by a press machine through support members capable of elastic compressive deformation. Plastic is then injected into the cavities of the chase blocks to resin seal the semiconductor devices.

  • Patent number: 4983111
Abstract: Apparatus for resin sealing semiconductor devices is disclosed, wherein semiconductor devices such as semiconductor chips are placed in cavities provided in a pair of chase blocks, which are clamped by a press machine through support members capable of elastic compressive deformation. Plastic is then injected into the cavities of the chase blocks such as to resin seal the semiconductor devices. Also disclosed is a device for resin sealing semiconductor devices, which device comprises: a pair of chase blocks equipped with cavities for holding semiconductor devices, a press machine for pressing the chase blocks against each other through a pair of press surfaces, a plurality of support members adapted to hold the chase blocks over the respective press surfaces of the press machine and to undergo elastic compressive deformation during the press operation of the press machine, and a plastic injector for injecting plastic into the cavities provided in the chase blocks.

  • Patent number: 4788679
Abstract: A packet switch has pluralities of incoming and outgoing trunks, a data memory accessible from them in common, and FIFO memories each provided in each of input and output circuits. Data from the incoming trunks is written into and read out from the buffer memory for transfer to the outgoing trunks, on a time-shared basis, to perform packet switching between trunks of different data transfer rates. Furthermore, the packet switch has an arbiter for detecting process requests from the input circuits and an arbiter for detecting process requests from the output circuits, so that priority control is effected for servicing the requests. As a result, dynamic allocation of access to the buffer memory to the input and output circuits is permitted.
