  • Patent number: 6345724
Abstract: A crane apparatus is disclosed. A hoisting accessory is traversed by rotating rotating drums by driving of a traversing motor to take up or pay out wire ropes. Continuously variable transmissions are provided for changing rotational speeds of the rotating drums. A control device controls the continuously variable transmissions in a gear changing manner so that forces imposed on the drums by the wire ropes will be balanced. Thus, torques acting on the pair of drums are canceled out in all areas in which the hoisting accessory moves, whereby the capacity of the drive motor can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 6343702
Abstract: A crane apparatus is disclosed. First traverser wire ropes are connected to a right connecting portion of a traverser, while second traverser wire ropes are connected to a left connecting portion of the traverser. First hoisting accessory wire ropes are passed over a right rope pulley via the traverser, and then connected to the traverser, while second hoisting accessory wire ropes are passed over a left rope pulley via the traverser, and then connected to the traverser. A hoisting accessory is suspended from the right and left rope pulleys. The crane apparatus enlarges the traversing range of the hoisting accessory, and increases work efficiency, without becoming upsized.

  • Publication number: 20020002772
Abstract: A lead billet having a large outer diameter cylindrical section and a small outer diameter cylindrical section is positioned in a cavity formed of fixed and movable mold sections. Forcing a punch into the lead billet forms a hollow molding with one end closed. Both ends of the molding are then cut away. The use of a billet with two different outer diameters facilities the plastic flow of the billet material to form a collar with projections for preventing rotation of the terminal mounted with its foot in a cover of a storage battery. Uninterrupted ring ridges below the collar assure a positive seal.

  • Patent number: 5704757
Abstract: A food material transfer apparatus of the invention transfers flexible stacked food materials one by one to a predetermined position. The transfer apparatus is formed of a plurality of vacuum sucking pads for picking up one food material from the stacked food materials, a pad-lowering device connected to the vacuum sucking pads for lowering the same, a suction detection device communicating with the vacuum holding pads for detecting if at least one of the pads sucks the one food material, and a control section connected to the pad-lowering device and the suction detection device. When the suction detection device detects that the pads suck the one food material, the control section operates the pad-lowering device to further lower the pads for a predetermined amount to thereby securely hold the one food material by the plurality of the vacuum sucking pads.

  • Patent number: 5551333
Abstract: In an automatic cooking apparatus, a wrapping paper supply device supplies a wrapping paper from a roll, and a wrapping paper folding device folds the wrapping paper along a center line thereof into a V-shape. A wrapping paper guide device guides and holds the wrapping paper folded into the V-shape, and a wrapping paper transferring device consecutively transfers the wrapping paper along the guide device in a predetermined pitch. A shell storing and delivery provides a shell folded in half one by one into the wrapping paper whenever the wrapping paper is advanced. A plurality of stuff storing and delivery devices supply a predetermined amount of food stuffs into the shell consecutively. The wrapping paper for wrapping the food item is sealed by a wrapping paper sealing device at the periphery of the food, and is cut by a wrapping paper cutting device to complete a product. The product is delivered by a product transferring device toward a product delivery outlet.
