  • Publication number: 20240094199
Abstract: A method for detecting a target nucleic acid fragment in a sample includes a step of contacting the sample with a gRNA complementary to the target nucleic acid fragment, a Cas protein, and a substrate nucleic acid fragment, in which the Cas protein is immobilized on a solid phase, a substrate nucleic acid fragment is labeled with a fluorescent substance and a quencher, in a case of being cleaved by nuclease activity of a three-part complex of the Cas protein, the gRNA, and the target nucleic acid fragment, fluorescent light is emitted, the contact is performed in a reaction space having a volume of 10 aL to 100 pL, thereby forming the three-part complex in a case where the target nucleic acid fragment is present in the sample, cleaving the substrate nucleic acid fragment, and separating the fluorescent substance from the quencher; and detecting the fluorescent light, in which the detection of the fluorescent light indicates the presence of the target nucleic acid fragment in the sample.

  • Patent number: 7888825
Abstract: Task—To provide a worker safety management system that can adapt itself to changes in the conditions of the workers and the machines in a flexible manner and can finely manage the safety of the worker. Means to Achieve the Task—Worker safety is managed by using safety management information stored in an ID tag. The safety management information includes a work area code indicating a work area permitted to the corresponding worker and a danger avoiding capability code indicating a danger avoiding capability of the worker. The danger avoiding capability indicated by the danger avoiding capability code is determined from a worker skill of the corresponding worker that is evaluated in a standardized manner from past work experience of the corresponding worker and credits earned in a safety education program, and a specific degree of danger in the work area permitted to the worker.

  • Publication number: 20090247307
Abstract: A damper device includes a drive plate; a driven plate; and a torque transmission mechanism having different types of damper springs. The torque transmission mechanism transmits torque of the drive plate to the driven plate via at least one of the damper springs, wherein the torque transmission mechanism is structured to allow a combination of damper springs acting during torque transmission to be changed at lease three times as a rotation angle of the drive plate relative to the driven plate becomes greater. Each of the damper springs can be extended and compressed circumferentially about the rotation axis and is disposed at the same radial position about the rotation axis.

  • Patent number: 6743148
Abstract: A planetary gear set including a plurality of pinions meshing with a sun gear and a carrier C that shaft-supports the pinions. The carrier has an annular peripheral wall that extends entirely around outer peripheries of the plurality of pinions. Thin-wall portions receded at a radially inner side are formed in the annular peripheral wall, at circumferential-direction positions corresponding to the positions of the pinions.

  • Publication number: 20030100399
Abstract: A planetary gear set comprises a plurality of pinions P1, P2 meshing with a sun gear, and a carrier C that shaft-supports the pinions. The carrier has an annular peripheral wall 12 that extends entirely around outer peripheries of the plurality of pinions. Thin-wall portions 12a receded at a radially inner side are formed in the annular peripheral wall, at circumferential-direction positions corresponding to the positions of the pinions. The circumferential continuity of the annular peripheral wall secures a carrier rigidity. The formation of the thin-wall portions avoids interference between each pinion and the annular peripheral wall without involving an increased diameter of the carrier. The pinions P1 have a smaller diameter than the pinions P2. A platy wall portion 32 of a bridge portion 3 extends in the direction of a circumference of the carrier, outwardly of the pinions P1.

  • Patent number: 6102825
Abstract: A rotational direction of a rotational element at a high speed gear stage is different from a operational direction of a reaction torque at a low speed gear stage. The rotation by the reaction torque at the low speed gear stage is stopped with a self-energizing operation of a band brake operated by a hydraulic servo. A waiting pressure, which is lower for a predetermined amount than a engagement pressure at the self-energizing operation, and with which a basis of a racing amount occurs after a synchronizing point, is applied to the hydraulic servo until the synchronization is determined. The waiting pressure increases to the engagement pressure after determining the synchronization so that the rotational element is stopped gradually as preventing a long shift time.

  • Patent number: 5735369
Abstract: A band brake drum supporting device for an automatic transmission having a band drum to be retained in a case by fastening a band brake which is joined to a rotary element of the automatic transmission and arranged in the case. The drum includes a band engaging portion and a cylindrical drum supporting portion extending radially inward from the band engaging portion while being offset axially with respect to the band engaging portion. The outer circumference of the drum supporting portion is supported through two axially juxtaposed bearings on a stationary support portion which extends radially outward of the drum supporting portion from the case. The stationary support portion includes a cylindrical boss portion disposed coaxially with the drum supporting portion and engaging at its inner circumference with the two bearings and a planar flange portion extending radially outward from the end portion of the boss portion which is located closer to the band brake.
