The generation unit is configured to perform weighting relating to a value corresponding a distance and to determine each of candidate words to be preferentially presented to generate a presentation order. A determining unit determines whether the likelihood generated with respect to the translation in the target language included in the correspondence information is larger than a predetermined threshold value. A learning-data creating unit creates learning data in which a word included in the input sentence is associated with the correspondence information including the translation in the target language having the likelihood larger than the threshold value.

The words are obtained by dividing a Chinese sentence. The apparatus also includes a lihe-word processor referring to lihe-word information that includes a first word and capable of being a part of a lihe-word and a second word forming the lihe-word with the first word. The lihe-word processor detects the first word and the second word from the words analyzed, and then changes a dependency destination of a word depending on both the first word and the second word to the lihe-word formed by combining the first word with the second word.
