Abstract: A method for measuring current-voltage characteristics representing the relationship between the drain current and the drain-source voltage of a first transistor includes: a first step of setting the drain current and the drain-source voltage using a voltage source and a current source connected in series with the first transistor and a rectifying element connected in parallel with, with the reverse polarity to, an inductive load as the current source; a second step of measuring the gate-source voltage and the gate current in the switching transient state of the first transistor; and a third step of calculating the voltage applied to the gate oxide film of the first transistor using the results of the measurement of the gate-source voltage and the gate current and acquiring the current-voltage characteristics of the first transistor using the result of the calculation.

Abstract: The present invention provides a contact capable of suppressing an increase in a DC resistance value for a long period and a method of manufacturing the same. The contact includes a base portion and an elastic contact portion. The elastic contact portion includes a planar portion configured in a planar shape; and a projection portion that is disposed on one surface of the planar portion and protrudes from the one surface. The elastic contact portion is configured to come into pressed contact with the second surface at the projection portion. The projection portion is configured such that a dimensional ratio H/L of the height H to the length L satisfies 0.25?H/L?0.44, where H is a height in a direction perpendicular to the one surface and L is a length in a direction parallel to the one surface.

Abstract: The device and method can calculate an absolute spatial relationship between a device and other characteristic points etc. with high precision by using VSLAM. A navigation device includes a VSLAM calculating module, a GNSS rate calculating module, and a scale correction value calculating module. The GNSS rate calculating module calculates a GNSS rate based on one of an amount of change in a phase of a GNSS signal and an amount of change in a frequency of the GNSS signal. The VSLAM calculating module estimates VSLAM locations at a plurality of time points based on a VSLAM calculation using a video image. The scale correction value calculating module calculates a scale correction value for the VSLAM location based on the VSLAM locations at two or more time points of the plurality of time points estimated by the VSLAM calculating module, and the GNSS rate.
