    Abstract: An aspect of the present invention relates to a wavelength conversion member, which comprises a wavelength conversion layer, wherein the wavelength conversion layer comprises at least one quantum dot which has a property of being excited with exciting light to emit fluorescence, and at least one oxygen permeability coefficient-reducing agent, an oxygen permeability coefficient per 1 mm thickness of the wavelength conversion layer is less than 150.0 cm3/m2/day/atm, and the oxygen permeability coefficient-reducing agent is a compound which exhibits an oxygen permeability coefficient-reducing capability of reducing the oxygen permeability coefficient per 1 mm thickness of the wavelength conversion layer by equal to or more than 30% per 10 parts by weight of the oxygen permeability coefficient-reducing agent relative to 100 parts by weight of the wavelength conversion layer except for the oxygen permeability coefficient-reducing agent.

    Abstract: In an operation of controlling an automatic transmission, an engagement pressure for each hydraulic servo in a normal operation is determined so that none of friction engagement elements slips at each shift speed in the normal operation, and so that in case of a failure in which the friction engagement element that is supposed to be disengaged in the normal operation is engaged, one of the friction engagement elements slips, and thus one of the shift speeds is established. In the control operation, upon detection of a failure state in which a gear ratio after a shift operation is a gear ratio of a shift speed different from a shift speed to be established, the slipping friction engagement element is disengaged, and the shift speed that is different from the shift speed to be established is temporarily retained.

Since the decorative member 2 is observed in the vent hole 141, the wheel main body 1 including spoke portions 14 does not have to be thinned. In addition, since the design of the decorative member is observed in cooperation with the design of the disc portion 11, the degree of freedom in design is increased.

The front surface of the back layer includes a front contact surface on which ground pattern is formed. The protective layer and the back layer have the same refractive index. Thus, the decorative component has an improved transparency of radar waves.
