  • Patent number: 11254264
Abstract: A sensor assembling structure includes a sensor assembling void formed in a mounting base, a sensor assembling leaf spring, and mounting base-side leaf spring mounting portions formed at the mounting base. The mounting base is mounted to a windshield. The sensor assembling void receives a sensor. The sensor assembling leaf spring includes mounting base mounted portions. In a state in which the sensor is received in the sensor assembling void, the sensor assembling leaf spring is mounted to the mounting base-side leaf spring mounting portions via the mounting base mounted portions. The sensor assembling leaf spring maintains a state in which the sensor is received in the sensor assembling void.

  • Patent number: 10625714
Abstract: Base end sides of washer tubes 44, 45 are arranged in an axial direction of a swinging shaft PS at one end portion of an arm head 40, and they are drawn out from a head side pipe housing portion 41a so as to curve toward a side opposite to a shaft fixing portion 42 side. Each of the washer tubes 44, 45 is wound around the shaft fixing portion 42 during swinging of the arm head 40 without applying any load to the swinging shaft PS. No tension acts on each of the washer tubes 44, 45, and each of the washer tubes 44, 45 is not rubbed against the shaft fixing portion 42. Therefore, deterioration of the washer tubes 44, 45 can be suppressed. When the washer tubes 44, 45 are wound around the shaft fixing portion 42, a periphery of the shaft fixing portion 42 is suppressed from swelling outward in a radial direction thereof. This makes it possible to prevent the arm head 40 around the swinging shaft PS from increasing in size.

  • Patent number: 10625715
Abstract: injection positions (A2, B2, and C2) toward which washer liquids (W) are injected from the forward-side injection nozzles (A1, B1, and C1) and injection positions (D2 and E2) which washer liquids (W) are injected from the backward-side injection nozzles (D1 and E1) are alternatively shifted in the longitudinal direction of the blade rubber. Therefore, in wiping-out motion of the blade rubber for one reciprocation, the front glass (12) can uniformly get wet, the total number of injection nozzles can be made less than ever, the consumption amount of washer liquid (W) at the time of reciprocating wiping-out motion of the blade rubber can be reduced, power consumption of the washer pump can be reduced, and the size of the washer pump can be decreased.

  • Patent number: 10507803
Abstract: A nozzle unit 34 which jets washer fluid toward a windshield is fixed to an arm piece 33 whose front end side is fitted to a hook fixing member 23e. As a result, the nozzle unit 34 can be fixed without using the fitting member adopted in the conventional case, and located closer to the hook fixing member 23e. This reduces a positional shift of the nozzle unit 34 relative to the wiper blade 20 to the minimum, thus stabilizing the injection-target locations of washer fluid on the windshield.

  • Patent number: 10035497
Abstract: A washer apparatus 50 is provided to a coupling portion CN between a blade rubber 20 and a holder member 30, and has a length in a longitudinal direction of the blade rubber 20, which is set to be shorter than that of the blade rubber 20 in the longitudinal direction, and inner-peripheral-side-oriented injection nozzles 53a and 55a and an outer-peripheral-side-oriented injection nozzle 54a have openings oriented to respective ends of the blade rubber 20 in the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 10005434
Abstract: A wiper apparatus is improved in wiping performance, and can suppress a disturbance due to cleaning liquid in a driver's field of view. Each cleaning liquid W1 and W2 is jetted from four forward-side injection nozzles and four backward-side injection nozzles in a direction opposite to the wiper blade 20, and toward injection-target locations, and a distance between the wiper blade 20 and an injection-target location for cleaning liquid W1 and W2 on the opposite side from a center of a swinging motion of the wiper blade 20 in a wiping direction of the wiper blade 20 is larger than a distance between the wiper blade 20 and an injection-target location for cleaning liquid W1 and W2 on the same side as the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade in the wiping direction of the wiper blade 20.
