The tensioner mechanism includes a casing provided in the column housing or the bracket, a tensioner main body being provided in the casing, and being movable in a direction intersecting a facing direction of the column housing and the bracket, and a biasing member biasing the tensioner main body. The tensioner main body includes a first surface facing toward the column housing, and a second surface facing toward the bracket. The first surface and the second surface are configured to be in a tapered shape in which a space therebetween becomes narrower as closer to a lower side of a biasing direction.

An attached information generating unit (14b) generates attached information necessary for making use of the input information and license. An encrypting unit (15) generates encrypting information by using a number that is included in the attached information and that is allocated to the input information, and encrypts information included in the recording unit by the encrypted information. Further, the information encrypted by the encrypting unit, the attached information corresponding to the input information and the license are associated with every section divided by the content control unit through an outside input and output I/F(11) and the associated information and the license are recorded on a recording medium.

Abstract: A mobile telephone has a display section for displaying a left screen in the left direction and a right screen in the right direction. Accordingly, a viewer holding the mobile telephone in hand can view the left screen when viewing the display section from the left side and the right screen when viewing the display section from the right side. Furthermore, the mobile telephone detects a change of the direction of the display section and switches the display screen. Consequently, when the viewer returns the holding state for viewing the right screen to the previous state and views the screen from the left side, he/she can view the next left screen.

Abstract: A content reproducing device (10) capable of changing over from a title list where purchased contents and unpurchased contents are mixedly listed directly to the content purchase procedure and reproducing an unpurchased content as a purchased content. The content reproducing device (10) comprises a storage medium (13) storing purchased viewable contents and unpurchased nonviewable contents, a content list generating portion (11) for making a list of the contents stored in the storage medium (13), and a controlling portion (14) for allowing a displaying apparatus (30) to display the content list made. The content list shows the contents irrespective of whether each of them has been purchased or not. Through the content list, the user can be directly authenticated by a content reproduction authentication server (50) to perform the purchase procedure. After the purchase procedure is ended, the unpurchased content is changed to a purchased content, and the content can be reproduced as it is.
